Absolutely delightful place in every way: comfortable, thoughtfully well equipped inside and out, with all you need for sound sleeps, morning coffee, a make-it- yourself lobster feast, a day of relaxed reading and board games, and play area for the kids. Quiet, spacious, private, friendly.

I stayed for 3 nights in the 2 person cottage with my husband. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The owner/host was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The cottage had a small AC unit which was wonderful as the weather was very hot. We went down to the beach often and the ocean was very warm at this spot. The entire area is beautiful and I highly recommend visiting! We enjoyed our stay immensely and will be back when visiting Caraquet.

Some good stuff and some not so good. Pros: the outside gazebo is huge and amazing, has three gas fire pits, a big table, tons of couches and blankets and an outdoor kitchen (bring mosquito repellent). The kids playground and bikes are a nice addition. The ocean is at the end of the property and while we didn't get to enjoy that part because of the rain, I feel like this is probably a great location when it's sunny. Checking in through a code for the door made it easy and convenient. The folder in the room had all the info you needed inside. The room was clean and the AC worked well. Cons: I wasn't very impressed with the room considering the price. Our 2 double beds room was really cramped but the bathroom is particularly tiny. As in, if you have mobility issues or if you're larger than average, getting in and out of the shower could quickly get complicated as the toilet is right in front of it in a teeny space. I can't say that all the rooms are the same though the rest of our group in a cabin felt just as cramped. The mattresses were really really hard and the pillowcases felt scratchy. As someone that's not particularly picky about beds, it wasn't a super comfortable sleep. Being charged a surprise 4% credit fee on top of the high price tag is a bit outrageous and should be part of their cost of doing business. It's 2024, credit cards are the norm for most tourists. Overall not sure we would come back. The outdoor area is lovely but spending more than a night would have been complicated for us in terms of space and comfort.

Fantastic Cabins - Highly Recommended. Stayed two nights in one of the cabins. Great place to stay. Staff were super friendly and could not be more helpful. The cabin was exceptionally clean with some lovely little touches like rugs, cushions and a Smart TV with Netflix and Roku. The cabin has everything you need, knives, forks, kitchen equipment, and there are the outside BBQs. We were both very impressed. The cycle paths start immediately next to the hotel and there is a great choice of restaurants and amenities within 2 mins drive. The local beaches are beautiful and the town of Caraquet is really well kept. We both agreed we will visit and stay here again.

You can get a way better place than this for the price. Tiny cabins with rock hard beds... no view of anything. Most of the propane tanks were empty so we had to hunt for one to cook on. The Gazebo is awesome. But when you can get a place with a water view that's even larger, the value is not here for us. Was very clean and quiet and is near the cycling trails so may be good if you don't mind a hard bed and no view.

Private, relaxing and peaceful. Guy and Diane are lovely hosts. I would certainly recommend this little jewel.

I enjoyed it cause we were practically alone there.... I can only assume this place usually being jam packed which would be very annoying since the cottage are so close to each other, with 3 more lots for campers right in front. Wld be nice if all 5 cottage were rented by friends and family. There is a nice trail that leads to the water but it's filled with eating u alive mosquitos. There is a 30$ saving that can be made if the add on Facebook is mentioned which did not apply to us because we were 4 peopleš¤·āāļø they told us over the phone they would give us the rebate and they never did plus we were off season...they said we could pay when we get there and when we got there my credit card had already been charged. My dishes were dirty and the cottage filled with spiders and ants.

A lovely place to stay for whatever you like -- a room, a cabin, an RV or for me, a tent in the woods. The facilities are clean & easy to access on property. Really hot showers, lovely outdoor kitchen and seating area, and a walk to the water. Peaceful and lovely people.
