I'd like to preface this with my in-laws stayed here for several months, but I visited several times each week. They repaved the roads last week and they are really nice. The speed bumps are a big aggressive if you have a low profile car/rv. They have a small dog park, pool (seems to be seasonal), laundry. The rv lots are gravel, have hookups, can be a bit tight (especially in a large truck), but overall everyone seems friendly.

Very majestic..old people trailer park,1980s a single wide and double wides with a gravel area for RVs to rent.

I visited a friend that lives here and the managers had us sign In. Much safer that way.
