Clean and well cared for, pretty landscaping and features; spacious, shady, breezy. The cabins were tidy and cute. The mattress was great and the pullout couch was comfy and easy to use.

This was an amazing spot! Fun pool and dog park and game room. So many fun things in the area to do with the family. Very relaxing, the cabins are very clean and comfortable as well as the pool area and pool restrooms. A beautiful vacation spot!

Stayed there for 3daysand nights and had a swell time. My kind of environment. Friendly, quiet, peaceful, honest,and a very nice clean RV place(stayed at camp grounds cabins)brother-in-law has a mid size RV. Will visit and recommend to others.

I spent the entire month of February here, and it was a really nice place to spend February . Lots of winter texans, mostly from the upper Midwest, a great bunch of people. Most are retired, and just down here to escape the cold weather where they live. They have lots of activities. I got to play poker twice a week and really had an enjoyable time. The place is very well maintained, and the folks run the office are super nice. If you're looking for a place to spend the winter, this is a great choice.

Beautiful, tree filled RV park with wide concrete roads and large, level concrete pads. The swimming pool, hot tub, laundry room, showers, and rest rooms are clean and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful - even escorted me to my site and helped me back in. Good Wi-Fi. Was here for a week to have work done by Scenic RV Services. Would definitely consider returning to spend the winter months here.

Great place to stay, current management and staff keeps the park really nice and are very friendly and helpful. Lovely park with all concrete road and sites. Pools is awesome, lots of winter activities.
