Majestic Oaks is our favorite family go-to spot! My kids love the playground and playroom. Pool in the summer is a huge bonus! Facilities are always clean, and the staff are the nicest people around!

Great park. Staff were very pleasant and someone rolled thru the campground a couple times a day. Felt very secure. RV lot was decently level (only had to put blocks on one side) and roads were wide enough that backing in was a piece of cake. Plenty of trees on the property, felt relatively private. Bathhouse was clean. Guests were respectful of quiet time and everyone was very nice. Within 15 min of bagnel dam, very easy to get to. Little over an hour from Columbia. Will be returning in the future

Super friendly owners/managers that made us feel welcome from the start. They support military with a discount, and the way they had basketballs, volleyballs, playground, game room, Etc. available for the kids was awesome. Great WiFi throughout the grounds. Pool was awesome - the kids enjoyed the basketball hoop!

This is our absolute favorite campground! I came here as a kid and now take my family every year. We love that just about every site has plenty of shade and it’s always pretty peaceful and quiet. The owners and staff have always been so nice and helpful and we love all of the updates that have been made and look forward to seeing what all has been done each year. They also have various activities through the year that are super awesome and really make it so much fun! By far the most family friendly campground we have been to. My kids never want to leave. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to come back for the harvest fest!!

We rented Mt. Spurr cabin. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and our German Shepherd. We had plenty of space AND our own bathroom. Staff was wonderful! We pulled a trailer and another vehicle and they had a spot for us for parking. Staff was super friendly. Shower houses are close! We even participated in a potluck. Pool and game room was popular!

This was our 2nd stay here. Staff is very friendly. When you arrive they escort you to your site. They have many events going on through the year. It is located near Bagnell Dam. There's a lot of little shops along the strip as well as many places to eat. Theres laundry and shower facilties right in the campground which are clean and well maintained. THeres a dog park and walking trail aqs well. We are looking forward to our next trip there

What a beautiful campground. Very quiet and family friendly. The staff here was so accommodating and helpful. They didn't hesitate to deliver our firewood upon check in. From playing basketball in the pool, to playing chess in the gameroom, to watching the fireflies at night, it was a wonderful experience for our family. We will definitely be adding Majestic Oaks to our camping stops.

We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed ourselves. This is a very nice campground. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice amenities pool corn hole playground etc and all very well maintained. The owners were very nice and even showed us to our spot if we are in this area we will stay here for sure

Fantastic! Our family of 4 stayed in a glamping tent over Father’s Day weekend and it was perfect! The prices were very reasonable, the campground was clean and very family friendly, very quiet and peaceful. The pool did get pretty crowded but the playground and sand pit was great with kids! The staff was very friendly and the mercantile had a lot available for purchase in case we forgot anything. Most definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Stayed here over mothers day weekend with the wife and kids. Absolutely the best campground we have stayed in. The park was very nice and clean with a ton of mature trees and shade. Our kids enjoyed the playground and took a quick dip in the pool. The hospitality was great and all the hosts were super friendly. We will be back soon!

This place is simply incredible. It was the very first campground my boyfriend (now husband) and I stayed years ago when we first started dating. And we loved it so much, that we actually came back here years later right after our wedding just to relive the memories and reminisce before going on our honeymoon. The tent camping spots are very spacious and surrounded by tall, beautiful oak trees. The owners are very kind. And you truly do feel like you’re getting away from it all when you’re here. I did notice a few other reviews commented on the highway noise nearby. And while you can hear it the tiniest bit in the background if you’re really listening for it, it absolutely does not take away from the serene experience you will have being at this campground surrounded by all the beautiful trees and nature. Highly recommend.

Nice campground, quiet and well kept. Would like to see bigger camp store. The people who checked us in were very nice and helpful. No issues with our stay very nice much needed week end get away. Really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere at this campground, nice job and thank you!

It is a large old park with plenty of trees & sites in a nice area of Missouri near much to do & see. The pool was refreshing and the staff was nice. **However, the park is right next to the road so the front sites (mainly overnighters like you & me) have absolutely no barrier from the traffic noise, exhaust, or debris they have night & day. **The coupon book given to us from the office expired in 2019. **Our site was NOT level. **You will be charged -3- taxes with your nightly stay, which you are not informed of until you check in. **The bathrooms were old and need work. The shower doors offer little privacy. **Wifi did NOT work for either of us unless we actually stood near the office. **The one dumpster we found for this entire large park was in the middle of the property next to the stored campers. **We hear there are now new owners. We hope they take heed on some of these issues to make stays much better for future campers and referrals (but we certainly wish them the best).

Very nice campground close to all area bars and attractions. Prices are great, staff was top notch and facilities (shower/restrooms) were always very clean. Stayed here for Bikefest perfect location. Accommodating for a 2 man tent or 50ft rig. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Highly recommend! We had the pleasure of staying here for about 2 weeks. Cannot say enough good about how accommodating and family friendly this campground is! Great amenities. Nice pool and laundry room. This IS the campground for you if you like nice people and clean surroundings.
