Very nice RV resort that's close to everything in Biloxi. The place is amazingly clean and has everything I needed. Laundry, bathhouse, pool area are spotless. It's a gated park so I felt very safe. I can't wait to come back again.

Majestic Oaks is our favorite place. Been coming here for many many years. “J” is the best manager and host. Couldn’t ask for more.

Magestic Oaks is well maintained, very lite up and secure at night, and such a cozy place to stay. Charity greeted us and made us feel welcome right away. We stayed in a cabin. It was comfortable, clean, and we loved it. The pool was refreshing although it would have been nicer if it had some shading over it. The maintenance man (Pinter?) was so nice to talk to and both him and the other man were hard working keeping the place spotless and welcoming! Absolutely a 10 star resort!!!

So today I had a great experience with Rachel about a long term RV site. WOW where do I start well the lady is wonderful her help in planning a new home for me and me doggie was unbelievable she went over and beyond to help me with booking dates .rates. and very good at explaining things about the community. Her heart really goes into her work and that I thank you for being a person that truly cared about my staying in the community. I'm hoping to become a new resident in July 2025. I just had to do this review because Rachel is awesome and caring we need ppl like you around . Thanks Again.....

Absolutely Lovely Campground. We were in site 9 and had a tall oak providing afternoon shade. Very quiet park. Houses on one side and storage units on the other. Gated and well lit. Gardenia bushes were in bloom and smelled delightful. The sites toward the front of the campground had tall oaks for shade, but the ones in the middle would receive more sun. #24 will be my pick next time since it was shaded almost all day.

The staff is wonderful, the concrete sites make it very easy to level your Rig, the amenities are some of the best I’ve ever seen, The Resort is close to great restaurants, the beaches and the casinos

My experience started with a very friendly phone call and receiving permission to arrive after hours and look around for a spot that would be ideal for a Starlink dish. The next morning, I woke up at Majestic Oaks and noticed a small crew tending to the grounds—figured Friday must be their day to clean things up and get it ready for the weekend. I was very surprised to realize this grounds crew does their thing every single morning, leaving this location meticulously maintained. Great all-around experience.

Good power, concrete pads, wifi, cable, pool, friends, near casinos. Coffee hour in the morning. Price has increased last two years with no additional amenities added for the price increase.

Very very nice people. The owners went above and beyond! We called after hours in needs of somewhere to park for the night. After calling around to many different places, they were the only ones to answer. The gentleman was extremely helpful and made the process so easy. He knew we would be in pretty late and told us to call if we had any issues or needed any help. Beautiful park, so peaceful, and awesome owners with top notch customer service!

Very nice and clean RV resort, and quiet at nights. Will return when in the area. Paid $70 for overnighting, back-in C 30ft.

Wonderful RV park. The Oak trees make for a shady quiet camping location. The staff is professional, super perks including a cared for pool, fire area, kids swing set and a comfortable game room and snack shop. I highly recommend staying. Come Cruisin the Coast in October, they also offer off-site camping.

This was a very pretty campsite with lots of old beautiful oak trees. There is an on-site laundry as well as a “clubhouse” with video games, pool table, air hockey and TV. There is a pool and change rooms on-site and a couple of dog parks. The sites are very tight, so if you have a bigger rig get a pull through site. Our trailer is 43’ and we were nose to end with no extra rom. The staff and campers are super friendly and accommodating!
