Purchased a home at Majestic Oaks and was welcomed and cared for through the process by Carrie and her team. Whenever i had a question or concern they were very responsive. I found them very flexible just by simply communicating with them when a question, problem or situation came up. I look forward to living at Majestic Oaks!!

We have lived in Majestic Oaks full-time for 2 years + 3 months, since 8/1/2023. What caught my eye originally were the streets with curb and gutter, like you'd find in a nice subdivision. The grounds are very nicely maintained and offer lots of amenities, including clubhouse, pool, shuffleboard, tennis, dog park, pickleball, horseshoes, bocce and radio controlled car racetrack. It is a top-notch resort all the way around! The other thing top-notch are the people in the office and the maintenance staff. All are personable and friendly and know their stuff. Carrie (resort manager) and Rachael in the office have been a blessing. Highly recommend! Lot rents are lower than anything remotely comparable.

Wonderful staff and RV park! They graciously helped us get settled in a comfortable place after losing our home in Hurricane Helene! Office staff, Carrie and Rachel, create a welcoming, safe and fun environment. Both are very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. Rachel brings laughter and joy to every encounter! She is very helpful, caring and pleasant. Carrie’s knowledge , kindness and resourcefulness helped us quickly adjust to the new area. Love this place!!

Visited Majestic Oaks rv park and it was the MOST impressive rv park I have ever seen. Grounds, clubhouse and facilities were immaculate. Rachel Phelps and all of the staff, even other guests and residents went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answered all questions with enthusiasm. Do to a prior commitment we were unable to relocate there but should the opportunity ever arise, Majestic Oaks will be our Florida home. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

We stayed at Majestic Oaks from January - March, 2025. Our stay was wonderful with professional, attentive and extremely friendly staff - Carrie, Rachel and Linda. The grounds are well kept and clean. There were lots of activities available for us to participate in and I can't say enough about the friendly and inviting residents throughout the park. We felt welcome and a part of the community from the first day there. I would highly recommend Majestic Oaks!

Nice park nice people in the park! Beware of management, they have no idea what they are doing and will lie to save their skin. They will not take care of their wrong doing if something happens to you while you’re there. Management does not follow rules and will accuse “you” of not following the rules. Be very careful when dealing with management, if they can get away with it, they will.

We had made arrangements at another campground in the area while I came to Moffitt for a check up. When we arrived at the campground it was totally unexceptable. I called around and was referred to Majestic Oaks RV Resort , I called and spoke with Ann. She was a lifesaver for my wife and I. Her compassion and comforting way is a total asset to this beautiful resort. Ann, thank you for your thoughtful and caring ways, God bless you.

This was my very 1st time in this park. When you come in it seems like everything just blended in. Very clean ,bathrooms ,the grounds are well kept. Residents are very nice and like to chat! Very good
