Great campground. Very clean and organized. Bathroom/showers were clean. Will definitely stay there again.

More cons than pros. Cons: Super small sites with people right against you. See pics. Dirty. Our site had overflowed septic so they don't clean the site. Young kid at registration was unfriendly and rude. Only walking trail was walking the roads. Can't see anything from your spot. All I see in all directions are close RV's. Noise! Train is just across the street and runs 3 or 4 times in the middle of the night blowing their horn. The train cars shake the ground and we are a little toward the middle of the campground. Also had a dog barking middle of the night and another guy had their car alarm go off. Pros: It is in Florida and warm in the winter. Rates are reasonable. Maybe 20% of the spots have more space and people seem to book them and live in them long term. I see someone who bought a custom number sign so pretty sure they are there year round. There are amenities, but to use them you have to go give a deposit at the front desk which is annoying. Not coming back. Least favorite place of the last 10. Sitting in the site sucks with no view or privacy.

Love this park. Small but Very clean. Has a fishing bridge and lots of close store for last minute shopping. Clean bathrooms! Our favorite place to go. Boon in advance.

Such a cute little spot. The water is beautiful! The campsites are a little small and some uneven. The park itself is really delightful. The dock and the dogs parks are really well maintained. Being on the water is great. It’s 13 min from NASA. Would def come back!

Yes, I would stay here again. + & - listed. Negative: first, the ants are horrible so bring something to help kill them. Second, they was no one in the office when we arrived early. No sign on the door to explain reason or I’ll be back at. Third, a little crowded with very large parties tent camping. There is a train that runs early and car noise by the front lots near the road. Positive: the grounds were well maintained and very pretty, large dog park, long dock, clean pool, adding a shuffleboard and pickle-ball court. We fished off the dock. They had a canoe/kayak launch ramp. We saw the rocket launch from the dock area. The store has ice and not really anything else. Great place to camp for the price!
