This park is beautiful! Ernesto does a great job at keeping it clean and maintained. Kellie in the office is an absolute sweetheart! Absolutely love the venue! It’s the perfect space for parties, weddings, baby showers, and so much more. Plus, it’s always clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Manatee RV Park.

GREAT PLACE! I love this place. I love living here Full Time! The Park is very clean. The staff is amazing and Kellie the manager keeps this place running smoothly!!! They have several amenities for your enjoyment. This place has several gatherings with everyone so you become family not just neighbors! If you are ones who just want peace and quiet it’s available for you as well. You definitely want to stay here. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for providing a safe and wonderful place!

Manatee RV Park in Ruskin, Florida is such a lovely, pleasant place. It makes you feel like you are on vacation every day. It is set in a nice country type area. The residents are all so friendly and helpful. There are a ton of activities, even in the summer. Like dinners, game nights, dances exercise classes. There is a beautiful pool and a NEW spa. The laundry facilities and work out room are top notch. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel like family. Over the years of RV'g throughout the country and Canada, this is by far the best RV park I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. Go see for yourself, YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY FALL IN LOVE WITH IT.

This is our first time living in our RV as an annual and I am so happy that I was able to find Manatee RV park with availability. My husband and I recently sold our home and in an effort to get completely out of debt and enjoy life more. We have decided to move into our RV. The Manatee RV park has done nothing but shown us kindness and given us help from everything to hooking things up with our RV to allowing us to temporarily store our other RV on site. I cannot say enough about Kellie. She has been an absolute sweetheart with responding to text and emails on top of all the other communications that I’m sure she receives on a daily basis. She really knows her stuff And is excellent at communication through billboards posted around the site as well as Facebook postings under the Manatee RV Facebook page. I’ve been able to communicate after hours, and she has always been extremely Helpful and friendly and usually answers within a few moments. The maintenance staff and grounds people are very friendly and helpful as well. You get a general sense of peace and content from the people that you speak to here at the park. Everybody is really happy with the staff and the communications. What I like most about this park is the cleanliness! The bathrooms, laundry facility, even the exercise room and equipment are always clean no matter what time of day or evening you walk into them. I also like that every month/holiday there’s always something going on for the residence, including barbecues, Movies, etc.. I will definitely recommend this park for short term and long-term stays. Thank you so much Kellie and all of the staff at the Manatee RV park for helping us feel welcome ❤️

If you’re looking for a place to stay over 55 and up my parents love this place they stay for a month a lot of amenities great people grade 55 in a park. I enjoy it. I enjoy visiting well done manatee RV park well done

We recently stayed at Manatee RV Park and had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. The park itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious level sites that provide plenty of room for our RV. The amenities were top-notch clean and well-kept restrooms, laundry facilities, and a nice clubhouse with plenty of activities.

We are staying at the park for the winter and are very happy we are here. Kellie and the crew have went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our site. The people staying here are very friendly as well and stop to talk when they are going by.

We just moved here in November. So far we love it. Neighbors are friendly, Everyone knows everyone's business but doesn't bother me. I figure my place is watched so less crime. Kelly the manager is AWESOME !! She goes above and beyond and right now with the corporation that bought the tenants need to give her a break, its her job to enforce the rules or he looses her job. Stop blaming her for the changes and work with her not against . They just remodeled the pool area and the pool looks great, new things are coming just relax and enjoy. Change is always hard but hang in there. We need to come together as a community and know some folks cant handle change. That's life everyday changes . Great RV park with Put put, Card games, Church, library, laundry, Pickleball, fishing. and Close to Bradenton, Apollo Beach, Anna Marie Island. The water of the bay is literally across the street.

Manatee RV Park is THE BEST!!! If you come as a stranger- you will leave as a friend!!! It is a great RV Park, but it's the people there who make it wonderful. They are all very friendly, warm and caring- from the staff to the residents and snowbirds. Plus- the park has lots of fun activities like pickleball, shuffleboard, bingo, ping pong, line dancing, walking class, yoga, and quilting and sewing (just to name a few). If you are a snowbird, you will love staying at Manatee!! Check it out!!!

Stayed there for many years in the RV section.full hookups, 50 amp electric, shade trees. Big rigs have room on sites. There are many full time park models, some are very nice, a few need some care, When you stay long term some seem to collect lots of stuff and get trashy. Some could use a power wash or a paint job. Owner of park needs to freshen up rest room near RV section especially showers. Most of home owners are friendly along with office staff, there are usually activities, swimming pool shuffleboard, pickel ball, pool tables,and 2 laundry areas, It is alot better than some RV and park model parks,it has been there for many years, little refreshing up and it would be outstanding....

Very large. Fishing lakes with signs saying watch for gators! Staff seemed to be very helpful. Some shaded areas. Park looks well kept. Some parts did appear to be a bit crowded but not overly so. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

Great location, one mile to Tampa Bay. Close to everything yet country setting. Awesome staff & families. Great owners who give back to residents with special events. Many activities & events to keep you busy. I highly recommend this RV Park.
