Amazing experience. Flush toilets. Showers are free. Clean and stocked up. Well kept. Firewood for sale 15$ a bundle delivered to site. Powered sites for rv hookup. Running water at site (non potable). Great views, big lake. 2 small towns near by (marsden/neilburg). Golf course with golf carts, ball diamonds, horseshoes, boating. Quiet, peaceful. Would highly recommend this campground. Sue and Laurie are very friendly and accommodating. Will return forsure.

Quiet. Clean shower and washroom. Grounds are well maintained. Access to Big Manitou Lake is a long, but easy walk along the boat launch road. Park manager was very friendly and accommodating. Cell service varies across the property. Most RV sites are relatively flat - a few sites have a slope. We used water and electric. The water is not guaranteed potable, so bring your drinking water. There is a small beach by the boat launch. The lake was free of algae. There is a playground at the campsite and another by the boat launch. We visited in lated May to look at the flora associated with the alkaline Big Manitou Lake and for peace and quiet.

This campground could use a little love if they can get the funding, for some better picnic tables, some gravel on the roads, and maybe a source of potable water. That being said the staff were awesome. So friendly, generous and attentive to us. At the time of writing $20 gets you a non electric site, firewood and showers. This is a quiet location. It is a place to go when you want that rest. It reflects the beauty of the Prairies. If you live within a couple hours you would be remiss not to consider it. If you live farther and you like what I have shared, make the drive.
