Stayed at the resort for 4 days (was supposed to be 3) amd my boyfriend andbi have nothing bad to say about this place at all. The owners/workers are top notch and so friendly. The grounds are very clean and the beach is beautiful. We had a unfortunate event of losing the keys to our vehicle and they were so accommodating to us. A couple of the workers were helping us look for them and they offered us a night stay when we accepted we were stranded for another day. Would absolutely stay here again :)

My husband and I loved the 4 days we spent here. The owners are so accommodating and friendly. The campground is maintained to the highest standard and the bathrooms were absolutely spotless. The majority of the campground is for seasonal trailers, we found everyone was very friendly and welcoming. We could have easily spent the whole summer here, it is quiet, and peaceful and the perfect place to unwind and relax. 5 stars from arrival to departure.

Great campground. Although it is built around seasonal campers, it has a lot to offer transient campers. Showers/bathrooms are new and clean. The campground has recreational amenities for young and old. The service is helpful and very pleasant. Being on the shores of lake Manitou raise this campground to another level with watersports and swimming. Camp site onsite.

We camped in our RV here first one night. Wished we stayed longer! Good sized sites, Grassy, trees, electric and water hook-up. The washrooms are brand new buildings. We were impressed at how clean they are! We appreciate that the management provides mops, brooms and dustpan so that respectful campers can help maintain them. Bravo! Plus a very tidy laundry room . There is a small boat launch and docks, and a good childrens playground plus basketball and horseshoe pitches. Although we arrived late in the day from the last ferry sailing, our site map was waiting on the office/store door and we were welcomed by friendly staff that came out to meet us.

We stayed at Manitoulin Resort last summer on our first ever trip to Manitoulin Island and absolutely loved it! When we called to book, Myia took her time to find us the perfect spot for our little trailer. And while we were there, she was very attentive to our needs and everyone was very friendly. The washrooms and showers were spotless - the cleanest we've ever seen at a campsite!! The only thing we would change would be a spot for our dog to access the water besides the boat launch. But we did enjoy many of the beautiful beaches on the island during our stay! Thanks for a great time Manitoulin Resort! You did not disappoint!
