Absolutely horrible management. We have to call cooperate in order to get ANYTHING done. Been nagging the landlord since FEBRUARY about a new lease and our lease is still not “available”. It’s been up since May and she refuses to print it off. Every week it’s “I’ll print it off next week” that’s been going on since cooperate told her to print it off for us. Still no signed lease. Absolutely horrible. I’d give 0 stars if able to do so.

Management needs major changes. Disturbing to hear residents not receiving maintenance on major issues. Keep it low, keep it full! Especially when they have longterm residents.

Lived there for 8 years. Rent almost always paid ahead. Left home I owned gave to ex wife who didn't pay rent. So filed eviction on me after I already moved and was gone for 3 months. Park manager is very rude and gossips worse then a teenaged girl. Live anywhere else then here.

The park is undergoing a lot of upgrades since in order has taken over to me older trailers have been taken out and newer trailers have been brought in including the adorable in a Johnson's with a building porch very cute however I'll let you make up your mind as to the fluidity of certain office staff in particular and I'll let you make up your mind on that I don't have anything else to say have a wonderful day

Never had problems with this place until recently, all of a sudden there's a butch woman walking around people's yards and handing out violations. My yard has been fine for 2 years now. Now all of a sudden there's problems. My rent is and has been current. I have 10 days to fix a bunch of stuff that really shouldn't matter. 2 years in though and my central air has yet to be fixed. Once this butch lady keeps her distance, i will change my rating, though im sure i haven't seen the worst yet. Also, would it really kill you to sell me my trailer??????? I could fix my own air then.
