I think it is a good place. BUT it can get bad... Some times but the neighborhood I live in is a good neighborhood.

Never had any problems. If you abide by the rules, pay your rent on time, you'll not have any issues! We own our home but we had a water issue that was on their end. They came out in a timely matter. When we noticed they didn't put our skirting back properly, we called and they came back out that day and fixed it. Only problem is the trash all over peoples yards! It's disgusting! And they have yet to do anything in the last 1½yrs I've been here. Other than that, it's quiet...unless it's nice out! Lol. Typical partying!🙄

Terrible management. Discrimination is real with the management here. Rules are incredibly over bearing, can’t even have bicycles outside, despite children riding them daily. Lease states only 2 cars parked but if you’re in good with management you can park more because they’re terrible at their jobs. They will regularly leave notices with little detail as to what the problem is. They don’t even attach proper notices to your door and when they do, they use packing tape to hold it up.

This park, and from what we have found the associated parks, are NOT licensed to originate loans. The Illinois Department of Financial & Professional Regulation has been investigating since we moved out in October 2020. The park is now "evicting" us because they want to say we never gave notice of moving out. Because of the Illinois Consumer Installment Loan Act, the park actually owes everyone thwir money back that is in a loan or has paid off within 2 years. The park is refusing to settle with us, but I refuse to let them keep STEALING from honest people!!!

I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone buying or renting from this mobile home park or any of their other parks. I waited almost 4 months for my mobile home to be repaired. I was told it needed many different repairs after sitting empty for quite awhile. I was not told the full extent of the repairs that it needed or the history. I had to be told by a friend who has lived in the park for over 20 years. Now after finally being able to move in, I have found that the so called repairs that were made were nothing but patches done and the actual repairs were never done. Since I have closed on the trailer, I am now financially responsible for these repairs that were supposed to have been done prior to move in. The tub surround was supposed to be fixed and it is falling down so that water gets behind it and into the wall when the shower is on. I have only been living there less than one week now and I have not had any hot water since I moved in but I was told that the hot water heater was repaired. The sink in the kitchen leaks constantly and gets underneath the plywood in the bottom of the cabinet below. The faucet in the master bathroom leaks when it is turned on. There were no screens in any of the windows when I moved in and also no central air. I notified the park manager and he did have the park maintenance man install screens, however they were installed incorrectly and blew out. My mother had to install them correctly. I feel completely screwed over by my purchase. I was aware that the trailer required repairs however I was told these repairs were being made prior to move in and everything would be in working order when I closed on the trailer. I was completely lied to. The lack of professionalism, integrity and business transparency of this place is absolutely shocking. I wish I would have looked elsewhere for my first home. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and go somewhere else to buy/rent!!
