Would be nice if they kept their word and fixed the shoddy work they do on these trailers when the build them it's been 4 years and they still haven't fixed things they promised to. They charge $150 a month for snow removal and yard work but leave my mom, who uses a walker, with a house she can't leave due to ice and snow. Seems like the guy running this cares more about the houses up on the hill now.

This 55+ Community is a great, safe place to live. All residents must pass a background check to be accepted here and the grounds are well kept too. If you need grass cut or snow removal, there is a service provided for an extra fee. Many older mobile homes are being replaced as they age and the park is looking better all the time.

My mom had actually lived here since Andy’s dad owned it! I can say she was happy to live here and tried to maintain her home as well as possible for a single elderly lady. She had since had to move to a nursing home and I just want to thank Andy from the bottom of my heart for being understanding , and also for helping where he could.
