If I could give zero I would!!! Don't move here unless u can afford $400 just for electric or if u can afford for random $300 money orders to come up missing. This place is infested with with pest they claim they spray but not once have I seen a company around here. They also let pdos live here without an application just move them in! But screw us if we want fair charge on electric or stop turning or water off monthly. Bottom line it's a hell hole. Cheaper then the roach motel tho The managers are nice they just don't do there jobs and claim they don't know how to do crap Bottom line please don't move here!!! Can't wait to get outta this hell hole! Would like to add they started charging a month a head and if u miss paying the previous month you get pretty papers on your door. 😂 I'm sorry that's illegal Won't be running much longer I'm sure They try to evict without courts

Junk place to live, most of the homes are unoccupiable rent is silly high. The future is at question also as the plans on closing it are up in the air still. When actual owners leave, they gut the the trailer and take plumbing doors, windows and leave empty shells

The management is horrible. The electrical is not up-to-date for the trailer park.Because it was an RV park.Nothing has been upgraded since the sixties. The roads are never plowed. Several trailers have scrap metal surrounding the trailer and yard and the rent and utilities keep going up.

It's okay I have been here for 5 years and the first manager Diane was amazing . They are going through a lot of changes so we shall see
