What a rat hole, sewer running out in roads, homeless, people pulling to rat holes. . Homemade Billings to live in, pop up that not livable and drug infested. Come join lil Mexico where you live for free. Tax write off for the landlord (josh) that's why they do not care. Pot holes in the road big enough to fall in.

Ok.... mobile home parks in general tend to be a little run down... not this one... it's off the hook tore up. Huge holes in roads so heads up to that. And lots of empty and run down trailers and campers. Not a very nice place to visit. And directly beside.... only get away from railroad tracks.

Great when you Live here awhile. Yes maybe its a little run down but its still nice with nature almost everywhere, beautiful birds are always around. And there really isn't that much neighborhood drama

This mobile home park is very run down and dirty. Alot of trailers surrounded with trash and junk. The city really needs to come in and either needs to make them clean up or fine them or the city clean it up.

Messy, trash piled up everywhere, rude and disrespectful tenants definitely needs some adjustments

Love the location but rent is high, neighbors think their place is a bar (music included) people steal and fight (even have guns) almost everyone flies through the streets, the office is very strict, and if only I could capture the smell to share! It is impossible to get rid of the sewage smell! It comes up the drains and you smell it outside also. The sewage was supposed to be fixed but they did not.
