I initially took a membership “tour” at another park which involved no tour all and just the sales pitch in the office. Didn’t get shown around or told what they are all about. Just “here is how much membership costs”. When we arrived at the park for our “maiden voyage” the staff was super helpful. They took us in a golf cart to tour the sites first so we could get the lay of the land before we pulled the rig in. One of them even delivered our Amazon packages to our site. They have full hookup sites, partials without sewer and some dry sites in a heavily wooded area back by the river. We opted for one of the river /sites which is grossly overpriced for the non-member $75/night but that’s a decision we made for privacy. The park itself is very dated and rundown. You could see deferred maintenance everywhere. Not at all what we had hoped or expected. The bathrooms and office all had an odd odor to them. We heard they flood from time to time so it makes me wonder if mold is an issue, but this is speculation. The dog park is laughably small all while there is a huge grassy leachfield area right next to it that would actually give you room to throw a ball for your dog. I spoke to several members who were very happy with their experience and most had been members for a very long time. I believe that’s the issue with the membership based business plan (at least this one). Most of the members we talked to had been members for 15-20 years and their annual dues are grandfathered in and do not grow with the cost of living or inflation. Which explains why there is no budget to keep up on maintenance or upgrades. It requires new members coming in and paying higher initial deposits and annual dues to make things work. The problem is without investing in the property, folks like us don’t see the value. The staff shared some frustrations about things they would like to improve but cannot get the budget to do so. So it’s not our cup of tea, but it provides a great value experience to long time members on a budget. If I extrapolate into the future with my background in business I just don’t see how it’s sustainable in the long term without the owners making a substantial investment into it.

Nice place to camp has a very nice golf course maybe a little spendy for what it is. Plenty to do, pool and hot tub are a favorite. The game room is not great pool table, ping pong table were falling apart. Great location staff does a great job on upkeep.

This is a nice resort with a tent campground and RV park with clean bathrooms and showers. Wendy is an amazing host, makes the atmosphere very welcoming and safe for travelers. It’s so great to have this spot to recharge between forest adventures.

We had a great rv spot. The staff was great, they helped us with anything we needed including good places to eat and see. They had s’mores by the campfire. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. The place was kept very clean. The restrooms and showers were clean and the showers were very private with a door that could be locked. We will be going back

We stayed at one of the single wide cabins recently while attending a rally in the area. The cabin was very clean with a kitchen which was "fully-loaded" with utensils, pots & pans, table ware, kitchen towels, wash cloths & dish soap, coffee pot and toaster. Everything you need to make meals in the comfort of the cabin. There is a microwave and stove ( no oven) and a good-sized refrigerator. The cabin sleeps 5 and has televisions in the main living area and back bedroom ( with a pocket door for privacy). There are bunk beds and a comfy sofa as well. The exterior has a nice-sized wooden deck that surrounds the cabin with a picnic table. Beautiful views all around! There is an indoor pool ( not heated) and sauna along with showers and restrooms near the entrance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the future.

This RV park is located in a valley between Mt Adam's, Mt Rainier and Mt St Helen's. There's golfing and fishing in the area.
