As others have mentioned, small spaces, they're cozy, I have a 19' trailer, and just barely room for my car in front of it, as far as length, we were able to park another car next to the tow vehicle though. Some longer trailers could park beside their trailer, others parked tow vehicles in overflow parking. Short term camping is CASH only, and no refunds if you leave early, I can only assume someone, or several people caused this. I knew ahead of time, so it wasn't an issue for me. Clean bathrooms & laundry, office people were friendly and helpful. RV Park is on a busy road, but campsites are far enough away from the road, noises we're minimal.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The RV spots are a little tight. They could do a better job keeping the trees trimmed back out of the site. Kind of a ghetto location but if you work at Boeing or close by industry it's great.

Feels like home . I got here and while the place seems compressed, it is very nice . I have a mobility disability and they have a huge bathroom and showers for people like me . So clean, also super clean wash facilities( no pet rugs or beds allowed which is awesom) neighbors are friendly, and Don at the front desk is a real gentleman . This is my first Rv so I'm learning the ropes I silenced the beep on my truck when locking to respect "quite time " now as a musician, " quite time " will require some adjustment but I totally understand . The first impression is very good , I feel welcomed .

Sites are EXTREMELY small for big rigs. Utilities were good. Our site was concrete was NOT level. Basically you were on top of each other. Laundry was clean, but expensive. Driveway in & out was very narrow, so rigs could not go in and out safely. Hwy 99 is a very busy road. There is music playing outside of the park sometimes until 2am. Office staff was very nice.

When we arrived the space assigned would not accommodate our coach and tow vehicle so they required us to park the tow vehicle in a separate lot quite the walk from our space. I’m handicapped with a broken foot so this wasn’t going to work for our long term stay. So we found new arrangements at another park. Management agreed to pro-rate a refund based on the time we stayed but they kept the deposit and advanced electric fees we paid amounting to over $200 they cheated us for. The spaces here are tight and they knew we wouldn’t fit before traveling the 1000 miles to get there. I call that cheating and lying. Update: after posting my original review management decided to make good on the electric pro-rated refund. Thank you! When I made the reservation I accurately reported what my equipment was. Despite this, I was booked into a spot I couldn’t fit in.

If you have a RV but are not a "resident" they still let you use the dumping station in one of their empty lot and the water for 20$.

LOVE THESE PEOPLE! Came here all the way from Ohio in mid DECEMBER in a 40 ft RV. Was in Oregon and there was a horrible snow storm coming. The OWNER of the RV park spoke with us and gave us alternate ways to get there and offered to give us directions on how to get home the best way (he was a cross country trucker until he retired). We got here finally and we have been treated like FAMILY every since. In fact, we have decided to stay at this RV park 6 months out of the year from here on out. BEST NEW FAMILY EVER!!!! WE LOVE YA FRED!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Alice and Adam

For the money we pay as members, I was disappointed. First, the front desk staff wasn’t wearing a mask (during a global pandemic) and kept coughing. We used the pool and it was cold and stuff floating in it (really could use some repairs). Our kids enjoyed the playground, but could definitely use some tlc. Again, for the money we pay, I feel like there could be more attention to the upkeep of the ‘resort’.

It's very very very safe. Staff id wonderful ans have been great.. its a little pricey but it's worth it!!

Looks like a very nice little park. Very clean and orderly. Easy access right off HWY 99.
