Amanda Phantom

This is a wonderful, quiet and very well maintained resort. From the huge pool with tiki huts, a dog park, to the concerts and events at the multiple venues here, plus another resort across the road, this place is GREAT for social travelers. There's always something going on. Perfect little "walking" neighborhood as well. We are in a tiny town, but you would be shocked at everything here. Every store you could need, only minutes away. There are a lot of food options around us too, with an even bigger selection just north of us. Get to know the wonderful Linda up front and you will have the best experience staying here. She really goes above and beyond running the whole show and is very accommodating. Big thanks to Linda!

Worst place ever. Counted down the days to be out of there. Terrible maintenance, landscaping and overflowing dumpsters. When I arrived I requested a picnic table—30 days later and still waiting.unfortunately it’s not one thing it’s everything that’s wrong with the place. Please do yourself a favour and look elsewhere the place is terrible!!!!!!

I find the staff here extremely accommodating and friendly. Management seems to run the park very well and keeps it safe and clean. I really like it here it's not a bad place and it's got a really cool pool... and you can't beat the location it's beautiful and awesome here in Lely

Park manager, Linda is unorganized, mean, and untrustworthy. Many of my payments made with cashiers checks were lost over the last 2 years. Linda would send threatening emails regarding “missed payments,” then when I brought my payment copies, the payments would be “found” within a week. This manager has no problem yelling and name calling when she is questioned. Go to any other Sun Resort except this one!!

We spent 2 years at this campsite. A great place close to all services and beaches. A beautiful community of friendly people. A special thank you to Linda Yahn the manager who organized great evening activities for us and ensured that our stay was pleasant and safe

Not big rig friendly. Small, nicely kept resort with long term residents. Pull through sites are large but the single lane road and 90 degree turns with buildings/cars sticking out in the road makes it almost unnavigable in large rigs. We had to ask two different owners to move vehicles so we could make it to our site.

Well managed, safe and secure park. It's very nice! Great resort with lots of nice upgrades. Looking forward to season and all the fun events they have planned. 5stars.

We live in Mobile Park, Hitching Post. We love it. Couldn't ask for a better mobilehome park!

The park is clean and although there are full-time mobilehomes, they are all well maintained. We stayed in September and of course as it was off season the park was quiet and not many people there. Tony the guy that checked us in was friendly and very informative. If we come back to Marco/Naples area we would consider staying here again.

My husband and I sold our property and decided to fifth wheel. We selected this park because it is Florida beautiful and nearby our family, while we are in Florida. I can not express how thrilled we are to be here. It is like being with family but we still have privacy. We were sold on this location after meeting Ken(Park manager), Tony (an absolute sweetheart) Linda (amazingly willing to accommodate) and the other awesome employees. They have helped making this home for us. It is an older park that is going through some updates and will be more beautiful when the updates are completed. I can't say enough about our new home and although I would like to keep this little pearl to ourselves it is so worthy of a visit!
