Beautiful park with large trees, spacious pad sites (that accommodate any size RV) with many on the lake or with lake view. It is in a gated community. Amenities include 3 swimming pools, a great playground, 2 boat docks, miniature golf, basketball court and an 18 hole golf course and a 19th Hole Grill on the golf course with a good menu and good food, cabins and even an on site Chapel with Sunday morning services. Quiet and peaceful with lots of wildlife. We’ve been going there for 12 years and love it so much we leased a site so we can come and go more often. A great pavilion with bands and activities on holiday weekends. Amazing sunrises across the lake. The staff at the gate and office are very friendly and helpful. A great family and pet oriented place to camp. You will definitely be glad you gave it a try.

I used to love this place but current management has ruined it (my opinion) They cancelled my membership for asking why the permanent resident members are not held to the same rules as the camping members. Look elsewhere if you like to “camp” if you’re looking for a nice RV park to live in this may be good for you. But as a camping club it’s not what it was intended to be.

We have been camping here for twelve years. We bought our camper and came here for our first outing. We loved it so much we have never been to another park. I don’t know if the views are what we love, the people you meet here, or the wildlife. All of this lured us in and kept us. The camping group here is like a big family! We loved it so much we’ve been leasing here for 3 years going on 4. The pad sites are so roomy. You don’t walk out your door and run into your neighbor’s camper! Our child is grown, but it fills my heart to hear children running around playing and riding their bikes. We have a beautiful playground. On holidays, we have dances and activities! The staff is always willing to help campers. If you have company, there are log cabins. Most sites have a beautiful view of the lake. There are two pools. A creek with benches to sit while fishing. There is access to the golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts. We are located within a gated community. We have our own park access gate. We also have gated camper storage. I encourage you to give us a try! You will not regret it. Who knows. . . you just might end up joining our beautiful park or better yet LEASING with us.

If you are looking for a quiet, hidden little gem where you can escape the city bustle and relax with nature, this is the place! We have been camping here for over 25 years, and consider this our second home. Lake! Nature! Trees! Deer! Pools! Fun! We love this place!

I literally have been camping at Marina Village for 50 years! My father became a member in 1975 and it's a much LOVED place in our family! It's Lake Livingston's best kept secret! Deer roaming around, Bald Eagles and Pelicans in the Bay. Swimming pools and a great Community Center with dances and weddings, etc! Beautiful clean bathrooms and I could not feel any safer there than I do when camping alone! I call this my Happy Place. The BEST thing about this campground is that you have a place to camp that is NOT closely padded like other campgrounds. You have SPACE for your dogs to enjoy and a place to sit and enjoy the lake. We now have 4 generations camping at the resort! Linda Unger
