I have been here for about five months and have found that the owner is a very friendly person and goes beyond the call of duty to help her guests. She makes them feel like family not just renters. The park offers views of the gulf and the sunsets are amazing. I have stayed in a lot of parks and this park is one I would return to if working in the area again. It is reasonably priced and close enough to restaurants and anything you need but in a country like atmosphere. Kudos to the owner and the staff. Dakota H05 lot

Let me tell you something folks by far this is the best RV resort in the area. Right next to Hillman seafood. Boat ramp right down the street Galveston Bay's right there come on people what more do you need .this place is a five-star resort . Ms Valerie that runs a place is outstanding she takes care of everything. I'm a residence here I'm never going to leave and that's a fact I love this place too so y'all come on.

Marquee on Galveston Bay RV Resort is an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, the manager—Valerie Ann—made us feel at home with her genuine warmth and attentive care. The park’s cleanliness is impeccable: everything from the sparkling bathrooms to the pristine laundry facilities shows visible pride in upkeep. The oversized concrete pull-through pads are spacious, level, and easy to maneuver. The swimming pool was lovely, the perfect spot to unwind, and the grounds boast beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and idyllic bayou views. Despite being tucked away from the hustle, the location offers convenient access to Galveston and surrounding attractions. The peaceful atmosphere, friendly neighbors, and sense of community truly elevate the stay. If you want a reliable, rejuvenating getaway with all the comforts of home, this is your spot. Highly recommended!

Valerie Ann is the greatest. We waited for 2 weeks to hear from the neighboring Park. We were to move in just a few days. We noticed her Park and how spacious the spaces were. I called her, explained the situation and she immediately sent me pics of spots to choose from. We got here Thursday to set up, was greeted nicely. So far, we love it.

We travel in our Casita to Dickinson often to attend the Traditional Latin Mass at Queen of Angels Catholic Church. We found this gem of a park within 6-7 miles from the church we attend. Valerie Ann, the owner, was so accommodating and one of the friendliest RV Park owners we have met! She placed us by the bath houses, which was perfect for us. The bathrooms and showers are spacious and clean; they have a very “at home” touch to them! We only stayed 3 nights for Triduum and Easter Vigil and Mass, so I didn’t take any pics, but there are plenty posted in other reviews and we will definitely be back! A great place with great prices! Thank you Valerie Ann!! See you soon! Monica and Ron Crocker

It's a small quiet rv park, there's a fishing spot, laundry mat, and showers you could use. We stayed at this rv park for about 3 months, we stayed at spot B09 where the water is right out back. Everyone we encountered were really nice. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again. My husband's work requires him to move wherever they send him at a drop of a hat, so we had mentioned that we could be moving soon to the park manager/owner(?) Valarie Ann so we started to pay weekly. We were not made aware that in doing so it gives up your spot. So she had booked someone in our spot and we had to move an early morning and waited for the people in our new spot to also move out. We moved to the front of rv park that one of the neighbors stated "wasn't a real spot" and they were right. It was the worst spot but we decided to pay monthly which was over $500 a month in order to not go through losing our spot again. The funny thing is work had us move out a week after we moved to the new spot. As we're getting everything packed up the manager drives up and says "you're leaving after you made me go through all that?" Horrible people skills, we tried to contact the owner/ manager to see if we could pay for the week we had stayed and get some of our money back. This was over a month ago, she never responded. The park is fine the laundromat only has 4 washers, no change machine, while we were here only 2 machines worked because one of the machines was out of service and you couldn't put change in the other one becuse it was too full and was never emptied. You never see the owner, you can only reach her by text message. The showers were disgustingly dirty, you could tell they were never cleaned. We had a guest stay with us and they tried using the showers and we found a tampon on the floor which was never cleaned up. There's too many reeds to try and fish. We'll be staying next door at Galveston Bay next time.

I moved my 5th wheel into Valerie's park in June of 2019 and lived in my RV until last Saturday (4/2). My only reason was I purchased a boat to live on for the next year or so. The park (inc restroom, laundry room and grounds) was always clean and well kept. Valerie was always available for her guests/tenants and always greeted with a smile. Although always friendly, she is a no nonsense owner and requires everyone respect her facility. This attitude is what kept me satisfied with the park for 2 1/2 years and is also what makes the park so appealing. Should I purchase another RV in the future to live in, I will call Valerie and hope she has a spot for me. Jack Munden

Campground is clean, quiet and away from the busyness of Galveston, but an easy drive there and back. Grassy lots with level paved pad and patio. Wifi signal was very weak for us. Valerie took great care of us and you need to buy fresh seafood at nearby Hillmans when you stay.
