About halfway between Willow and Talkeetnak conveniently right off the highway. Small, very clean with a super nice owner who is rebuilding after a fire years ago. The sites are level, both pull thru and back in; most have some shade. Clean bathrooms, full hook ups. Would stay again and highly recommend.

What a great stop along our journey! We only stopped to dump and refill but wish we stayed the night there. The owner was so helpful! They have full hook ups at every spot and clean restrooms. We had a couple issues with our rented motor home and he made sure we were good to go and provided some tips and tricks.

If you’re looking for a clean, convenient full-service RV park in Alaska, I highly recommend Mat-Su RV Park & Campground in Willow. The park is well-maintained and offers full hookups, a restroom facility with toilets and sink, plus a great covered pavilion area with a community fire pit. There’s plenty of open space for kids to ride bikes, walk dogs, or just stretch out after a long day on the road. They also have free WiFi! The location is one of the biggest perks — it’s the perfect midway stop between Anchorage and Denali and makes a great basecamp for exploring Talkeetna, fishing at Willow Creek or Montana Creek, and enjoying everything the Talkeetna area has to offer. Quiet, clean, family-friendly, and easy to access right off the Parks Highway. We would definitely stay here again!
