Well we stayed 2 months, but because we checked in towards the end of the month we were charged a 1 week rate, 1 month rate, 2 -week rate and 3 day rate. The monthly rate is $375, our bill was $1200 plus electric. The host thrashed around on his sxs or truck or boat or camper frequently. Constantly moving the boat from spot to spot as he had too many toys to fit in his own spot. There is a leash rule that doesn't apply to them also.
