Actually, the grounds are well kept. The biggest problem is cats are every where throughout the mobile park. Update...I have seen a great improvement at this mobile home park regarding the stray cat issue, in fact, they are gone. I visit frequently as my son lives here and, as always, the park is well maintained. Individual sites are very tidy. The cat issue is gone!! Still a nice, clean, quiet, tidy mobile home park. 2023, cat problem gone!! New owners seem friendly, respectful and efficient. The park is as tidy as ever. The people residing here seem to take pride in their lots, and it shows.

Nice to be clear up when there are a lot of thing that are laying around in yard or behind the homes like beds thing like that or house that at all the way down that make it look bad thing that should be laying around when Vitter come thing even if tash is full old beds get they gone don't thought them behind the home for the fluid is cut nd you can see the old bed nd any thing you may have behind there you can see from the road 😀

Ok place to live. Mostly quiet. Some trash (so to speak) Landlord is kinda nice, but never in a hurry to fix any problems with their property.

One of the best trailer parks as far as neat and tidy that you will find. Gives a whole new meaning to trailer - - - - - . You can tell the people who lived here most of them on their trailers they take much better care of them than rented trailers.

Not a bad trailor park. They seem to keep things tidy and safe. Possibly business owner that cares about their people & grounds. Nice for family or any decent people to live in.
