October 2025 First time camping at Mays Landing Campground. We figured we'd try a short weekend stay. It was great! The people staying there were so friendly. Everyone that passed by greeted with a "hello". The site was very nice. We had a small pond next to us, with fountain. I think it was well organized how the sites were arranged, and it was clean. The staff were accommodating and considerate. They have events for children for fall/Halloween. They have a lot of activities for everyone. Very family oriented atmosphere. We will definitely stay again and again! Just hoping to get the same site...not telling which one. LOL. The noise level was respectful, unlike my neighbors at home. Everyone was having a great time, with others in mind. Awesome experience for us, and I highly recommend for all age groups. We're in our 50s and there's something for everyone. Another plus was it's affordable. Special thanks to Shane, Dan, and their whole crew that were welcoming, and made our stay more special!

Loved loved loved..... I have a trailer but for the first time decided to just do tent camping and mays landing gave me the best first tent camping experience. The price was great the tent area was great (water and electric hook up) the neighbors were awesome and the staff were amazing. They were so supportive and accommodating and it really feels like your apart of a family you never knew u had. I highly recommend especially if it's your first time. They even had special event for the Halloween/fall season and plenty for the kids to stay busy I will be going back very soon.

We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time camping as a family and it was much more than I expected. Clean bathrooms, nice pool, nice little game room, clean tent sites, couldn't have asked for anything more! Will definitely be coming back!

Just wanted a weekend getaway . booked it two months in advance, made a payment intended on hanging with friends that happen to be seasonal got a campsite right next to them two months in advance the day before they booted us out of the campsite put us in another campsite where there was no hibachi, no fire pit and we had no way to cook so I guess unless you bring your own barbecue grill don't plan on making anything on the grill. Everything close at six. so if children get bored after sex, don't look for them to go to the arcade cause they can't. If you need something from the store which doesn't have much to start with too bad you better leave the campground because there's nothing there. It was the worst experience I've ever had. We Paid for three nights could not take it after the second night left the next morning a day prior to when we were supposed to leave and we had already paid for it, but it was so horrible. We didn't care.

Amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. The activities for kids were awesome and made their day! Gelly ball, snow cones, movie night, teen swim, etc. Very accommodating with our camper size. Dog friendly.

We stayed here with our 5th Wheel RV for 2 weeks and had a fantastic stay! We’ll be coming back in a couple of weeks and are looking forward to it. We loved the environment, everyone was super friendly, and the staff is very welcoming and so accommodating with us and helped us to extend our stay while our truck was in the shop.

Stay over Memorial Day weekend, site was clean but it seems if you weren’t a seasonal rental people were rude to you. Also there was no quite time people partying to like 1:30 am Will probably not be back.

We are members of thousand trails, we were told this was a “luxury resort” it’s far from it. Firstly there was one bathroom/shower for the whole campground on Labor Day. The one bathroom they had was absolutely disgusting. There was mold on the shower curtain, I dropped a pair of socks on the floor for less than 5 seconds and when I picked them up the side that touched the ground was black. Secondly we got a cabin and our cabin was absolutely disgusting. The bunk beds were covered in dirt. The floor had about an inch of dirt on it as well. Our cabin was very small. we knew it was on the smaller side when we get it but there was no room to move. Thirdly they never informed us on where to throw out our trash when we left so, I found a trash can and went to throw it there and the manager yelled from her camper very rudely telling me to put it in the dumpster. Which that’s fine but they need to inform people who have never been there where the dumpster is. Lastly multiple dog were barking all night (including one of the managers). We barely were able to sleep with all the barking. The only nice thing I can say is the pool was big and it was very clean. Everything else was very dirty. Very disappointed I will not be returning.

Very impressed. Friendly staff. Nice sized camp sites. Very pretty stacked pond in the back of the campground. So much different from one it was Nascar years ago. Definitely will be considering it.

Loved this little campground. Patty and the rest of the staff make it amazing, working so hard to keep everyone comfortable and entertained. Halloween was AMAZING, our son had a blast. Thank you! Can’t wait to come back!

It's decent but not really worth the price. Pool is small playground is like 1 swing and the arcade is more of a hangout place (games never work). Campground itself is small but the people there are friendly. There's trails in the area as well.
