This place has been nothing but peaceful, If you want to live here please respect everyone around. The staff here have been respectful, kind and willing to listen to concerns. I Greatly enjoyed being apart of this community. This place is quiet, peaceful and above all safe. This is my honest opinion for being 35yrs, 3 cats, this place is where you want to be, voluntary review. Their pool is well maintained, washer and dryer easier than before, a peaceful walk around and most above everything, sunsets and sun rises are the best view here. I unfortfunately had to go, but if I could do it all over...I would stay here :) even my cats loved it here and would 'ground themselves often 😅 This is the place to rest your mind that you will be safe. Got security to roam the area (im a nightshift person so im quite aware) Id recommend Mcallen Mobile park to new comers. Just be cool and respectful, be Kind. Thank you for giving me the chance to live here even being young, we had a faithful trust, Im more than appreciative of this stay🙏 Blessings🙏

Moved here in 2020 after the other park I lived in for 13 yrs. in McAllen was taken over by a corporation. So glad I did. MMP has many many activities like dances, bingo, shuffleboard. More importantly, friendly residents and ownership and staff which are second to none.

Is good but some mobie homes dont have their street numbersin front or on their mailbox. Please put them for easyer identification.

We stayed here for 3 weeks while visiting our family and it was wonderful! The people are super friendly. It is well maintained, safe and the prices are more than reasonable. The only tiny drawback was the "burrs" that our lil Mini Schnauzer had in his fur every time we walked him, they are unseen but everywhere. Looking forward to saying here again someday!

We went to see The Ambassadors of Grace, a duet who sing gospel music. It was a wonderful show with a great mix of old and new Southern Gospel music, some of the old hymns, and a whole lot of fun. The facility made for a good venue with a nice size stage and good lighting. No seat was too far from the stage. There were a mix of people from within the park, and from outside the park. Everyone was friendly. There was easy access, and seemed to be plenty of parking space. It was a very pleasant evening for us on the eve of Valentines day.

This park is quiet, clean and spacious. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. The pool and spa are kept very clean as well. Everything you need is within 5 minutes of travel, including the stop lights.
