We loved our time here. Nice neighbors, quiet at night (occasional train during the day) and the front desk lady, Daisy, is so awesome! She is very patient and accommodating. We would stay here again.

Unexpectedly quite and great staff. Just what we needed for full hookups and palm trees.1

A lot of deferred maintenance, if you water the grass it is green otherwise you are parked on loss sand. Very reasonably priced with Passport . Quite and friendly people near every thing.

I’ve lived at MMHP/ RV Park since 1988. I fell in love with this 10 acres of down to earth living and have never left. This will be my home base until I die. I was 32 I’m now 63 and am still enjoying my life here. Oh I runoff now and then but always return. Dirt roads and can still leave your doors unlocked and your keys in the ignition. We get internet as well. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go here because it’s also a snow bird /winter visitor attraction. People come for a few days and end up asking if they can still all winter and they also ask if it’s possible could they leave a small deposit to ensure that they get the same spot next year. The spaces here are large crossing the tall trees and places to planter flowers. It’s kind of like waking up in an oasis in the middle of the desert. I feel safe here. Just 300 yards from the back farmers access road is fishing. It’s located on the Indian reservation 1 mile just side Oh Yuma Arizona and five minutes from the Algodones border this is where everyone goes down to get their medication‘s inexpensively their teeth done inexpensively stock up on booze eat lots of delicious tacos and purchase jewelry sunglasses leather items they also have bakery items it’s so delicious. But watch out for the drinks they sneak up on you lol. McCoy mobile home park also hipster swimming pool starting in November to 88° and the Jacuzzi is set at 102° They don’t full around here. Everyone is so friendly and kind starting with Daisy in the office. Yeah I have a small library for exchanging books, a laundromat six washer six dryers, a clubhouse and when Covid Gets under control will go back to the continental breakfast. We normally have bingo art classes movie nights anything we can get our hands on and potlucks too. When driving in the park checking it out don’t hesitate to stop the strangers and ask them how they feel about this part they’ll tell you the truth. Good luck in finding your happy place. 🌺

So gratefull to this park to allow me to park with my Dodge Caravan for the night. I was to drive 25 mi. to a BML camping and just stopped by. I joined the office through phone and Daisy was very welcoming and set me up easily. I even got a good shower after days of dry camping!. Landromat was open and I washed my bed sheets! Just the Paradise! There is also a clean swimming pool .The Wifi connection is great and much better than the motel in town I was last week. I just booked 3 more nights! BRAVO
