Well manicured facility. Spacious sights. Delightful camp host. Dependable utilities. Quaint restaurant bar across street. A little piece of heaven

This felt like home. Our family enjoyed being in the woods close to all the lakes with so many places to hike, boat, fish and mountains to see! The camp hosts Karen and Brian are like family and treated our kids like their own! There is no place like this and it really was hard to leave! We will always remember our amazing time are Lake Mcgregor! ❤️

Outstanding service. Extraordinary people helping us. Really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing to complain about is we had to leave too soon.

Nice place. Hiking trail, clean bathrooms, quiet at night despite being next to the highway.

THANK YOU Butch & Mitiz for all you do & the hard work you put in to keeping this RV Park nice - a place you want to come to - perfect area to camp and go to all the lakes - clean clear waters to swim, kayak & fish We came from AZ to spend 2 1/2 months ( 5/21 - 7/30) our friends from AL came out for a month to join us - we were all out here in 7/2019 for 2 weeks - came back because Park was clean, nice & well managed - BUT this Year 2021, it seems that alot of people came with attitudes that the rules do not pertain to them - ie dogs not on leads - kids not supervised by their parents - No camping etiquette towards other RV'ers or the camphosts - Suggestions: Keep the Rules - keyless locks to Laundry/bathroom building - coin operated washers & dryers - 2nd dumpster

We stayed here for 2 weeks. The host Butch and his wife work from sun up 6:00 am to 10:PM. They probably work longer but those are the hours o am out walking my dog. They try to do everything possible to make your stay pleasant. they do have rules you need to follow but all parks have rules.

Not sure what all the recent negativity is about. Camp hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Very close to an excellent public beach on McGregor lake. The only negative we experienced was the rampant mosquitoes!

We spent two weeks in July 2019. Campground was clean and well kept. Bathrooms were clean as well as the laundry facilities. Well managed with friendly personnel. Clean, clear, beautiful, lake waters (good fishing and full of crayfish). See Horseshoe lake while your there, incredible ! Can't wait to go back!!
Let's watch it
We stayed for four days in the park and the amenities were very good including clean bathrooms and showers. The park was well kept but it still managed to keep the feel of the forest because there were natural areas surrounding the park in close proximity. Little McGregor lake was a short walk away with opportunities to view waterfowl including a few pairs of loons who's calls could be heard periodically echoing off of the cliffs on the far side of the lake. I would certainly have given the park a higher rating if it wasn't for the two park hosts making us all feel uncomfortable, they seemed overbearing and unfriendly.

Very nice place, can handle large rigs,WiFi is OK but they offer a premium that streams well for 20$/week, bathrooms and showers are clean, the sites are a little close but not bad, they have a wooded walking trail around the whole perimeter witch is very nice, close to lots of lakes two within walking distance. Over all I would recommend this park.
