They have a decent amount to do here. There js a generous dog park, road and paths to walk, disc golf, picnicking area with and without coverage, and so much more.

I like the trails and the scenery. I like to walk in the grass with my dog. It is somewhat hilly there. There's a pool and a skate park and a pickleball court. There's a playground and picnic areas. The main temporary drawback is they have drained all the water out of the lake and it is an unsightly mess. They are supposed to fix it and put the water back in but I don't know when.

Construction of McKinley lake so there is a detour for the pool and no access around the lake. Doesn't look too pretty at all. Lots of kids playing on the equipment and skateboarding playing area had quite a few people there.

Beautiful park with great scenery and a variety of attractions. The park has a long walking/biking trail, many shelters with picnic tables, a frisbee golf course, several play areas including one catered to small children, a basketball court, a skate park, a dog park, and a public swimming pool. The historic re-creation is open during select times in the summer. The trail goes around the lake, through the park, and all the way past the hospital to the high school and even Green Valley Lake with a short stretch of gravel. The park hosts our local Farmers Market on Mondays during the summer and our annual 4th of July firework show, among other things.

There are so many things to do at the park. Bring a skateboard or bmx bike to hit the ramps! Spend some time on the playground. There is also an 18 hole disc golf course. Can easily spend a whole day here.
