Trash told me I couldn't have my service animal stay here because he is a pitbull, even after stating I have paperwork. For being liberal states sure do have a lot of restrictions

The staff is very accommodating. I was worried being close to freeway noise and in town as I am used to lake in country. I embraced being in town, found it to be an awesome spot. The convenience of many restaurants, post office, small stores ect walking distance. The long term people are so nice. There is a fenced dog park. Very clean showers, nice affordable laundry area, propane, small store at park as well. Park stays clean and everyone watches out for each other but mindful of your space and privacy. Even if its a town rv park the stars at night shine bright, beautiful sunrise. I have learned its nice to live in town also.

Location is easily seen from the interstate and offer RV hookups for overnight or longer at crazy good Rates for awesome accommodations. Inside the park is a small office with supplies for RV living. The staff are knowledgeable and so kind!

Right off a busy highway and a busy road. Traffic did not stop during the night so its not good for sleeping. Playing music or the tv might help.

This park has a water drainage issue when it rains. Lots of water to wade through right out your door in all RV spots 2nd row from NW corner. Plus they do not grate or gravel the main row to back part of park. This area fills with water when it rains. Questionable when 11 yards of gravel only costs $350. Outside of this this park is amazing, great access right off I-5 south. The 3 people that are the faces of this park are wonderful, friendly and helpful plus 2 serve as on site security. All park is well maintained, bathrooms, shower, laundry and store is clean. Nightly rate varies with season. Monthly rate at my stay $850 included all utilities and $750 you pay utilities. This is a fair amount for all the ammenities. And is comparable to all other RV parks locally. Again, great location. Great People.
