update- Do not listen to their lies. !!attention!! This place is horribly managed, and they do not care about the campers. Not a child friendly place. The people running this place have real communication issues. Do not and I repeat, DO NOT go to this campground.

Do not stay here or rent a land plot from these people! No amenities, no supplies in store, water lines were installed incorrectly and are constantly shut off for repair Without notification. No community feeling whatsoever. The goal here is to rent tiny home land plots and damn the campground. Above all DO NOT WORK HERE! You will not be paid. Additionally, this campground does not post prices for a reason. When we contacted the manager, Andrew, we were quoted 3 wildly different monthly rates. Complete crooks and scammers.

This place is managed by someone who is extremely unprofessional and childish and has no business managing any sort of business. I inquired about booking a long term spot, and Andrew said we could book it. When I called back after a day or two to officially book, he never returned my call. Okay, no problem, he’s probably just super busy I assumed. Called back once a day for 2 more days, no response. Tried one more time on my boyfriend’s phone since he had service and I didn’t, and SURPRISE Andrew picked right up. He sounded very surprised to hear it was me, I asked if we could book our spot and he said yes, but I’d have to call you back tomorrow. Never called, I finally tried emailing him, he opened the email within 30 seconds of sending, and didn’t respond for 2 days. When he finally responded to my email, he changed his story and said they didn’t want to book with us. So this guy decided to screen my calls and keep lying to me on the phone because he didn’t have the maturity to just tell me we couldn’t book, so I could move on and find another place. This guy is in the business of wasting people’s time and giving them the run around just because he’s not professional enough to be straight with people.

We stayed at the Meadows of San Juan for 5 days in July 2021. This RV park has new owners and is under excellent management. Upon checking in I told Andrew, the manager that we would be leaving our trailer for a couple of day to go visit friends in the area. He parked us across from his families RV so he could keep an eye on our trailer while we were gone. They have added landscaping and an irrigation system as well as other improvements. Will definitely stay there again.

Please be sure to watch YouTube video about management. I would not feel safe staying here.
