This is the worst place ever. They don’t maintain anything. Don’t cut the grass. Never seen one log dropped off for fire wood. The city owns it’s a dump. Had my truck and camper in a pull though and it fell through a sink hole. It’s built in a slew. The city of Melfort are so dirty it’s a dump.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice campground in Melfort. The pull through site we stayed in was level. Lots of space. A couple of improvements can be made...the sites around the parking pads are low so thee was standing water, the grass in and around the sites should be kept cut, the dump station needs to be updated and if yhere was potable water available we don't know because it was not well marked. We were pleased to see park staff in the campground on a regular basis over the weekend and felt our unit was more secure because of that.

It's a nice campground with lots of trees and nice big pull through lots. It is right next to the highway, so you will hear semis and other vehicles go over rumble strips at night. they have a clean washroom and shower facility although you cant control the temperature. So your at the mercy of the shower gods. Has a RV dump but no sewer hook ups at site. Water hook ups are also very far away. 3/5

This campground gets the job done but could use some improvements to the washhouse. It isn't particularly well drained so as as a tenter it was pretty wet on the ground. Look for high ground. On the upside the staff are really helpful and accommodating so that made our stay pretty great.
