We recently involved as witnesses to how our friend was treated when trying to help her remove her properties. My husband and I brought our flatbed trailer to help her dismantle the addition to her trailer. My husband is a perfectionist and we had every intention of taking it apart and as well as a shed and cleaning it up. My friend brother was to pick up her camper the next day. We are all responsible people. Bert the caretaker/owner was unbelievably rude. He locked us out and wouldn’t allow our flatbed on property. We involved police and finally were able to get him to open gate, however he still wouldn’t allow us to take the flatbed trailer. We were suspicious of his intent so my husband said we are taking the trailer today. We felt he was trying to keep her property. He had no intention of letting her take her stuff. Left behind because of his actions was the addition with great windows and an expensive wood stove and the shed. We would have had that camp site spotless had he been cooperative. This man treated our friend like no man would allow anyone treat his wife. A very unkind man. He locked her out before her contract was even up.

When I came to this camp by chance at dusk, set up my tent, enjoyed the tranquility surrounded by the camp bushes, the sunset in the vast sky, and dinner with me alone. After moving into the tent, it was already dark, and I heard rain and wind outside, and it was getting bigger and bigger, accompanied by non-stop lightning and thunder, it was an unexpected thunderstorm, and soon, the wind collapsed my tent, almost blowing me down the mountain! In a critical situation, I braced the inner wall of the tent that was going to squash me with one hand, and hurriedly called the camp manager, Bert, for help, and he immediately understood my situation, drove the truck to the hillside like a hero, rescued me and my dog from the heavy rain, and took me drenched to their RV and asked me to spend the night on their sofa. In the safety of the RV, listening to the thunder and lightning outside for a long time, how glad I was that I was not left in the terrible, crazy wilderness and fragile tent of nature! In the early morning, Bert also made me coffee and breakfast, telling me the history of the camp, his story with his family, his friendliness, wisdom and energy, all of which I enjoyed and loved! It was a night of horrors, but also a magical night, a special experience that will surely be etched in my heart! Thank God! Thank you Bert for your rescue and help in this critical situation! I think I will come back to this lovely place and be able to do something for it……

Nice and quiet campground. Stayed here a couple times while working in the area and it was a relaxing place to come back to after a long day. Clean sites and facilities, and the trout pond is a nice touch as well! Walking trail is nicely maintained around the edge of a wooded area. Trailer spots are back-in, and very open (good visibility and space, but less privacy). Some spots can end a bit far from the hookups, so you'll want long connectors (or tall jacks). Access to the campground is down a gravel road for a couple kms that could get a bit rough in some conditions. All-in-all a great spot for those looking for a quiet getaway not too far from civilization.

This was a great place to have a big group party. We really enjoyed our weekend. Lots of space and a great set up

This is our second year here as an annual and we absolutely love it. Bert(the owner) is very accommodating and will help you any way possible. Have seen him do the same for others as well. Of course there are rules and regulations to follow as does every campground. All you have to do is check the website for them. Some of our friends have visited us and they can't fault this campsite either. With the Covid thing, there isn't as much freedom as there was last year. But hey, at least this one is open. Thank goodness. Very well maintained with every amenity (except groceries, lol) you could want. Granddaughters loved it, could ride their bikes anywhere, just couldn't do playground thing. Just can't say enough good things.

This is a great campground. Myself and my wife are annuals there and the owner is a very fair person. There are rules to be followed like anywhere and if you break the rules he will bring it to your attention as any owner should.I highly recommend this campground to anyone who just want to relax.

We were looking for a campground where we could take the family & grandchildren, we arrived at memory lane campground & started to set up our trailer, the owner came over & complained several times about minor issues he seemed very rude he came over shouting “We have a problem” there was a very small playground which was all closed due to COVID which was understandable. Absolutely no fish in the pond even though it says catch & release. Very over priced at $42 a night we will not be returning

The campground is very well kept, neat and tidy. My family and I were just looking for a quick spot for a weekend getaway with full hookup. However, there is nothing for the kids, and the owner, who could have asked us to do things nicely, was very rude and pulled up to our site multiple times with an attitude! Just wasn't considered relaxing after that! Very empty, looks like just seasonal campers enjoy the spot. No fish caught by us in the catch and release pond.

Good park has everything from power to showers but it is out there and not much around. If your looking to just get out of town and relax this is a great spot quiet clean and nice walking trails.

We were looking for a nice family weekend outside of Edmonton. What we found at Memory Lane Campground and RV Park met our expectation 100%. To be clear this is not one of the campgrounds that will provide you with 24 hour entertainment. But it is an oasis of relaxed country living. On top of that Bert is an awesome host :-)
