Stayed at this camp for a few months, then storages my basically new fifth wheel through the winter. When the hauler went to pick it up,there was significant damage done in which he took date and location stamped photos of while still parked next to the same RV we parked it by. When it arrived,it was even worse we had an active rat infestation that cost me over $3k repairs to all of my water lines and gas lines they had chewed through. Not including the mattresses, bedding ect we had to replace. I contacted the park, they ask for the photos and then said get an estimate and they would pay for repairs. It took me over a month to get an estimate,in which I had to pay for. For them then to decide they were not responsible now. Please do not store your nice items at this place! They do not care about you or your stuff. My insurance will be suing for all damages now.

Do your research! If you make a reservation online they will not refund any money if you leave early. The cell service is spotty at best and forget Starlink if you use it. This is not a Rv resort. The sites are on dirt and not concrete slabs. You will fill your RV with dirt and trash. Most are under trees. Trees are shedding some type residue and leaves marks on the roof. There are plenty of permanent residence and not well maintained. The onsite cable didn’t work and the onsite WiFi was spotty at best.

No code was given for a gate. We waited about 15 minutes to check in at 6pm and when I asked for a gate code so we could go get food after setting up he told me to call to be let back in. After becoming a paying customer I think I deserve to have the gate code to get back in. If security is an issue you can change the code often or hire an onsite security guard. Many run down RVs all over the place. Also even though we stayed between the boards on our site a tree damaged our ladder because the site isn’t set up to accommodate the size of RV that we had. Big rigs beware.

Pretty park, lots of trees. Trees can cause issues, as Mother Nature has her own agenda, but the Nature is very nice. Quiet most of the time; grounds keepers work hard as does Office staff & they are all very pleasant. Water pipes sometimes break, limbs fall, cable & wifi is wonky, but the rural location is very nice. Park is animal friendly. Rent is high for what you get, and you pay for electricity. I've been here for a while now & intend to stay. No place is perfect ... owners are the ones making the calls & staff has to deal with the fall out. I plan on staying :-). Oh, they have a dog park & walking trails. Good stuff overall
