Cable and Marie are absolutely wonderful people, and they run a beautiful campground thats upgrading its wonderful grounds. The store is a gem, lots of cool things including a turtle that's almost as old as I am! Pool, dog parks and walk, bathroom and laundry, tetherball, game room, and fire pits. Quiet, good spots, and friendly people, definitely recommend stopping here on the way through.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at Meridian KOA We truly enjoyed our time at the Meridian KOA. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The campground is clean, peaceful, and beautifully kept, with plenty of space and shade to relax after a long day of travel. The staff were so kind and helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. The little touches around the grounds, like the planters and inviting seating areas, made it feel cozy and cared for. The pool area was bright and cheerful, perfect for winding down on a sunny afternoon. This KOA felt more like a community than just a stop along the road, and it left us with such a positive impression. We’re grateful for the hospitality and will happily stay here again the next time we’re passing through.

We stayed in this park in late March of this year. It is absolutely delightful with a great rustic and wooded setting. Our 3 star review is because we accidentally left our Dica leveler pads on the site when we left. Yes, it was our fault for sure however they did promise they would keep them for us until we could retrieve them. Sadly, they now cannot locate them now. 😔😔😔

Giving it 5 stars due to the site we had on the end and the corner. It does slope a bit so we had to use two legos on the one side which made our steps a bit high. However an overnight we were good. Lots of trees very woodsy feeling is you are going for that. Over all decent place and nice workers. No escort which isn’t a big deal but it was a little confusing going around with all the roads. But no biggie we did fine. It did rain so we didn’t get to enjoy the whole site but it would definitely be nice for a campfire. #rvnewadventures

An excellent campground. I lived here for nearly 10 months in my camper. During this time new management has completely renovated much of the site adding a really nice pool, revamping the game room, and generally improving the buildings. My four kids loved to run around the grounds and play at the playground. If you are looking for a great spot to pull in for the night, or kick back for a few days, this is worth the look.

This park is under new ownership. The new owner is making many changes to the park – all for the positive. He has redesigned the office and it is now very welcoming and has a store with lots items to purchase. The park is about 2 miles off I 20. It is very quiet. There are a few long timers but primary people stopping for one night Each night it is full and then empty by noon the next day. It is very easy to drive your rig in this park When you leave I 20, you drive down a county road. It is the typical width of a county road. So just slow down and it is no problem. I have read some reviews where people talk about the drive into the part as being horrible. The park does not manage the roads – the county does. Those roads are used for heavy equipment, semi-trucks bringing metal and etc to the metal recycling company and semi-trucks loaded with timber. Some sites have concrete and some are gravel. Under the previous owner the concrete sites were broken and in horrible condition. The new owner is in the process of removing the concrete and making all the sites with gravel pads. There are many trees but the park keeps them trimmed away from the roads. It was great to have shade. Therea are full hookup pull thru sites along with some back in sites. There are plenty of areas to walk your dogs along with a nice enclosed dog park. There are many activities for children – a large sandbox, pool, playground, horse shoes, bean bags, tether ball and a game room. The best part of this park is the staff. Each staff is friendly, welcoming and will do anything possible to make our stay so wonderful. The staff take meticulous care of the park including picking up daily all the cigarette butts that people think they can just leave on the ground. Due to their service, they get a lot of repeat customer visits.

New owner is fixing the already beautiful KOA up with new renovations and a safe environment. My kids and I enjoyed our stay as always at KOA.Good family atmosphere, nice store with a really nice selection of things needed for camping with prices kept reasonable and fair..that's a big + ! The sites were cleaned and raked and well lite in walking areas. We have stayed here several times throughout the years and we will miss the previous owners/staff but after we all actually met Mr.Cable I think he's gonna do great at KOA,and he's truly passionate about his new ownership and making a even better KOA here. Noone likes change or rules in place after being settled in for so long in communities or they go by hear say from only ones opinion bc "we from the country and I know ___or ___so it's true type folks said".. Campground and all staff A+..but that's my opinion 😉

This is a hidden gem! The service that I received from the staff (Cable) was incredible. We were traveling across the country and was not sure of a time we would arrive. Cable had everything ready for us on a same day booking. Cable also texted me pictures where to find the keys and would return my call when I tried calling and didn’t leave a message. I definitely will be back even though I live in California. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. Thank you KOA and thank you very much Cable!

Great KOA. Good for a quick stop on a trip. Other sites more roomy, ours was tight but only stayed one night. Dogs loved the dog area. Wish more places had these.

Stopped for an overnight stay at this comfy KOA while motorcycle travelling with my dog. My first time at a KOA and I couldn't have been more pleased. Steve, Patty and Angela were so friendly and helpful. Steve even brought the firewood I purchased at the store right to my cabin. We stayed in one of the little camping cabins and it was perfect. The bathrooms were super clean with four showers and the pool was a beautiful blue and all very close to my site. It was a great KOA experience and we cant wait to visit more on our travels.
