Excellent management! The brand new Pickleball court was an excellent addition to the park. There’s a nice pool area to relax and enjoy. The sunset views of the mountains are gorgeous! I love the outdoor fireplace sitting area! It’s located perfectly within a short distance to everything you need. Walmart, Safeway and more. Community residents are friendly and welcoming and they have an active calendar of events. I am looking forward to meeting more residents!

Live here for 12 years, quit Park rules change all the time not for the better, manager Changes very often we on the 6 this time I'm here and I hope this couple stays longer ❤️🙏

Community run by small group of mean residents that don't follow the the rules of the park. Many wonderful residents skip the community mtgs to avoid them. Owner lacks leadership skills to enforce his own rules to ensure he collects rent. Park needs upgrades and many complaints from residents ignored. Avoid the drama and rent elsewhere.

Clean, neat, friendly, with fantastic park managers. Coffee and doughnuts every Wednesday morning with bingo after coffee and conversation.

This is a wonderful park to live on. The Park Managers are awesome and when you need help they are always there for you. It's clean, neat and full of friendly people.

We absolutely LOVE Nancy and Doug! They do a fantastic job and work so hard at making everyone happy! The events are fun, the location is the best ever...the pool is always beautiful, the jets in the hot tub are like a FREE massage everyday! It is our home and we worked so hard to find this GEM of a place. We love our neighbors dear and sincere friends.
