Its very clean and quiet plus Ron the maintenance man was very nice and pleasant. I met some real friendly people there. There's a washer and dryer marked for animal things and bedding for use so the rest are for the pets adopted family things. There's a puzzle room and puzzle to past the time and enjoy life plus a room for card games. The pool area has a covered kitchen sink and counter to have a swim party for the kids" bring our own food and drinks.

Very clean, well taken care of park. There’s a spacious dog park with grass and lovely trees including a dog wash set up that was great for all sized dogs! It even had stairs leading up to the basin!! Beautiful pool with a waterfall - accompanied by a jacuzzi! Both very clean and inviting. A large recreation room and ample seating in all public sections, including pool side!!! Plenty of kind hearted staff and long term residents to make you feel welcome and “at home” no matter how long you stay!

Stayed here for two weeks. Enjoy the pool almost every day for an unseasonably warm. Spring the superstition mountains are an amazing backdrop, and there are some awesome places to visit and eat and learn about mining as you had northeast along the superstition mountains. The best thing that I enjoyed is that the spa and pool are open 24 hours a day allowing us to enjoy those amenities at our will.

The amenities are beautiful. The Saguaro Room where we stayed is top of the line. All of the park staff are friendly and welcoming. The park is clean and well maintained. I love this park and will return!

Nice RV park, just make sure you have a clear understanding of what the charge is for your stay, and which discount (if any) is applied to your bill! When we paid our first month bill we informed Merderian RV park of our Veteran's status, and asked if a Veteran's discount was available, we were told that indeed Veteran's are eligible for a discount! The bill was paid, and at a Great rate! We decided to stay another month assuming our Veteran's rate would be applied reflecting the same charge! We were charged a substantially higher rate? Come to find out the first month's bill discount we received was not the Veteran's discount we assumed it was, another kind of discount they were offering was applied, we were not informed of this discount that was applied, with no communication or explanation! The second month bill was a shock to us, way higher$$$, even with a Veteran's discount! Be careful no to be mislead! The lack of communication we received lead us to assume and have false expectations!
