They are very rude whenever residents complain about the problems happening in the neighborhood. Our neighbors car got stolen and they said they didn’t care because it wasn’t their problem.

They don’t care about their residents, when our items were stolen, they told us its not their problem and They were very rude. When we said we Were going to put up a fence so people stop walking through our property and stealing our items they got hysterical saying they would get people to get it taken down.

They’ll tow your car on a Friday night to a company that is closed on the weekends. And when you call to ask why the car was towed they’ll tell you that they aren’t sure and that it’s your problem now. How is it okay for a party to block the road with their cars and not get towed but someone dropping off groceries does?

This community only gets better. John and his staff have done a great job. Getting the wrong people out really has cleaned up community. In a short time they have made more positive changes than 15 years of past management. Keep up the great work.
