I recently moved out from this RV park, Thank God I did!!! unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing under the new management. What used to be a friendly and welcoming environment has completely changed. The facilities are not being maintained the way they once were. The bathrooms were not cleaned regularly, trash was overflowing in several areas, the pool stayed dirty, and the landscaping looked neglected. For the prices they charge, the quality and service just don’t match. The worst thing that could ever happened to this park is the new owners, like do they even care? From the looks of the place- obviously they don’t give a crap. OMG! They have a new manager or at least that was how he approached us- he’s extremely disrespectful. I used to recommend this park to fellow travelers, but I can’t anymore. Until the management changes and the staff learn how to treat guests respectfully, I suggest looking elsewhere for a better RV park experience.

My daughter lives in this park and she is always talking about how much she loves living there. I always have a good time when I visit her. Staff is amazing, everyone is always so welcoming. The new owners and staff are doing an amazing job!

I booked my spot after hours and the woman that helped me get things set up on the phone was more than helpful. Super easy to book at the last minute while driving in. I went in to the office the next day during working hours and all of the employees were super friendly and helpful. It genuinely seemed like they liked their job and I wasn't treated like a bother for asking things about the park. Highly recommend this place

My husband and I have traveled the country, and this is by far one of the best we have stayed at. We came to Odessa last minute for a death in the family, and were originally staying at another RV Park. However, we moved after a few days to this park, and we couldn't have been happier. The pool, the gym, the laundry room, the pond are all such wonderful amenities that are such a rare treat, especially in this part of the country. Not to mention, the staff that works and maintains the park are all really wonderful, and care about the facilities, and want to keep it clean and nice. Huge thank you to Rhonda and the rest of the staff for making our accommodations workout while we were there - they really went above and beyond to make us comfortable while there. We will for sure be coming back here, and highly recommend it to anyone needing an oasis in the Permian Basin area!

Great management, quiet, large sites, all inclusive monthly rent, and great amenities. Would definitely recommend this place.

I have been at the RV Park for a little over 2 years now and I have NEVER stayed at a more family oriented place in all my years of traveling for work!! LOVE THIS PLACE AND THE MANAGEMENT!!!

This RV park actually is an "oasis". The park was a very clean, well maintained place in an area that is oil country. Quiet, with a swimming pool, fishing pond, nice laundry facility and a work out area. The best thing there was the park manager. We were there for about 4 days due to an emergency. She, Rhonda, was most helpful with assisting us with information and anything we needed Nice place to stay, quiet and well maintained. Large pull through spots. I could park my truck beside my 5th wheel

Rhonda is a great manager for Mesquite Oasis! My husband and I spent almost 6 months at the park due to a house remodel and all I can say is this is a wonderful place. Everything is very clean and very well kept! The manager always keeps an eye on everything going on. We highly recommend this RV park. Thank you Rhonda for taking care of us!

Great playground for the kids, pond with fountain to relax by, new pavilions with tables, lovely landscape by the cute office. Manager Rhonda is very kind and patriotic. We did not use the new rec hall or laundry but I am sure they are nice:) Good water pressure and Wi-Fi.
