Nick was great at assisting me with my moving needs. He offered a great price for getting a unit and threw in a couple of extra boxes. I was in and out in like 10 minutes. Very easy to work with. Metro has always been easy to work with. Nick was just another example of excellent customer service!

Customer service when I got my unit was excellent. We have had a unit here for about 6 months and never had one issue. I just hate there is not website for this particular facility.
