Came here to visit on business trip. No activities to do and especially in summer when pool is closed and tenants here are saying its been closed for over 6 months. Only one main bathroom/shower available. Most of attractions are closed for months because of construction supposably, Basketball court, ping pong, pool table and mini golf course have no light and dirty we're you play. Please take your money and your time to go and find elsewhere. All those utilities they have to offer and still expect to pay the same price when its not available. Woman bathroom ceiling is fallen apart after my wife walked in and took a picture of it , It's an ongoing problem and its super disappointing Super sad SUPER SAD AND VERY BAD. HONEST REVIEW HERE

Scammers do not trust ypurr winter trip with them. Called twice first time quoted 1500 a month second time 1800 because of dynamic pricing booked the site to later be called and told well now our sites are up to 2800. So if your dynamic pricing went up that doesnt effect already booked prices. Youd think. Scammers

Been traveling across this beautiful country now for 5yrs full-time and have been to many campgrounds and RV resorts. These previous bad reviews of this place are wild to me. Encore Miami Everglades RV resort is beautiful. Has a tropical feel and is spotless. Our two teenage daughters loved the pool and Jacuzzi, which were spotless and well maintained with brick pavers as the patio deck. The landscaping is gorgeous and we didn't witness one piece of trash on the property as we walked the awesome walking trail they have around the entire park. We were greeted with a smile and I have to give a huge shout out to Franco who helped us find a spot that would accommodate our rather large toy hauler. He went out of his way to make it work for us after a long travel day. Just a super guy. My suggestion would be to ignore all these poor reviews because as of 9/01/25 we experienced nothing but a great resort. Oh and the laundry room was super clean and very reasonably priced. Give them a shot. We enjoyed our visit.

We chose to stay here after finding out the campground we were staying at didn't have full hook ups. Unfortunately, we went during a boil warning and were unable to use ANY of the water, thus having to fill the fresh tank and bring our own. Upon arrival, this campground looked more like a trailer park with people just residing permanently. There was a car with grass growing under it. Make-shift shacks. Upon leaving, I asked to have a reduced rate, refund or credit due to being unable to utilize the water at the campground, which we have paid for in the total price. I had to follow up several times and finally got the answer that they will not be compensating anyone in anyway. On top of everything, I felt unsafe here. I would NOT describe this as a resort, but a trailer park/perm living rv park.

Pros: the location was good for what we needed. Amenities were amazing. Cons: description of site did not match reality. The Grove is grass, no concrete pad. G1 doesn’t even have a good way to back in. We had to just park around a different road. One bathroom and shower house completely closed. Then the only remaining bathhouse, on the other side of the campground only had one women’s shower stall working for the entire campground. One shower for over 250 sites. Front desk did not care. I wish they had communicated all this before we arrived. Offer to give us a site closer to the bathhouse. Half the place was empty. I paid $80 a night to sit on grass with no bathhouse close. Would not recommend.

The RV campground was pretty well maintained. The staff was helpful with any of our requests. The only complaint we had was the park is very tight. Our spot was definitely long enough but the drive in, even for a pull through, was a little challenging especially due to the long term residents who had vehicles and debris out at the roads edge making the already narrow road feel even more narrow. The pool was clean, although there really was not a bath house near the pool. The closest bathroom was a short walk but was not pool user friendly as the signs indicated not being wet. That bathroom was very tight and only had one working stall. They definitely have issues with lizards, they were all over, although we didn’t mind the presence of them they tended to find the worst places to go to the bathroom. We did encounter, a few times, dogs, not from residents at the campground, un-leashed chasing whoever came near. Overall the stay was not bad but they do have a few things to take care of before we would really want to recommend to other RV’rs.

Would’ve been nice if the office told us before we were woken up at 4 AM that the chickens cuckoo like there’s no tomorrow. Here’s another tip they probably won’t tell you: YouTube white noise to drown it out. Park was otherwise quiet which was nice and there’s a path around the entire place with a lot of nature, of course pretty basic and flat, but that’s Miami and Florida for the most part. Check out the little farm stands and wineries nearby. Pool and hot tub actually worked!

The Encore Miami Everglades RV park could be very nice. They have a nice gathering area by the office with gas grilles that are always locked. My issues are as follows: 1- Only two bathrooms for the pool, hot tub, laundry, and office. located behind the office and a long distance away from the pool, hot tub and activities. 2 - The three bathrooms and shower facilities are near the worst we have experienced. Of the 4 showers 3 were out of order, the same for toilets. 3 - During our stay last year the pool heater was broken. This year it was just fixed but the pool has not heated up yet. 4 - There are no concrete pads to park on and the spots are not level, so be sure to bring leveling blocks. 5 - Currently, the entire park is being dug up so all the water and sewer pipes can be replaced. The streets have large cut areas needing filled where new pipes have been installed but are not in use yet. 6 - I’m not sure who decided putting the septic system next to the pool, laundry, and office was a good idea. The smell is noticeable but not nearly as bad as last year. 7 - If you want internet it’s a third party pay by week or month. 8 - Read all the rules and regulations and charges for late checkout. 9 - This will be our last stay here.

Nice pool area and fair price. Too many cats roaming around... 24/7. Cats don't even dig in the dirt - they do their business right outside your rv on top of the grass! They will sit on your picnic table and even the hood of your truck. If you need a cat fix, be sure to visit. We tried calling the front office and the after hours number - no answer at either... multiple attempts throughout our visit. Voice-mail was full... The place has potential. Some water line repairs, a few facilities repairs, and also either rewrite or enforce the park rules ~ could be a nice place to spend the winter months.

Great stay! Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I stayed Christmas week and enjoyed their holiday get together. The site was spacious with great walking trails, large pool, and a clean dog park. I’ll definitely be returning.

My family and I had a great time at Miami Everglades. The staff are great, especially Gisele. She’s super patient and sweet. Unfortunately we had a issue with the first site but she got us another one that worked out perfectly. We’ll be coming back again.

Just gonna state facts, let it mean to you what it will. Site we were given had no sewer, even though we asked to change. Sites 200, 201, and 197 all have sewer and were only occupied for one night (except 197 which had a longer term person 2 days after the ones in 200 and 201 left). There are a lot of empty sites in the middle of prime season. The first week of our stay the pool was closed...with Temps in the mid to upper 80s. The bathrooms were OK, but were out of toilet paper two days, both male and female bathrooms. This is the first Thousand Trails place we stayed in that has ever charged an extra amount per night. If I were to come back to South Florida I would not stay here. The campground if pretty nice and pretty well kept...but not really near anything and nothing really fantastic to make you want to be here. I would certainly look for another place to stay. Now somethings in this post can be helped and some cant...But the thing that bothered me was everyone acts like that is the way it is and I should be OK with it. I like customer service and some sort or recompense for things not being as they should...at least some sort of apologetic gesture.

Nice resort, clean, large pool, and friendly staff. Our favorite part was the rec path that went around the entire resort, great for exercising the dog and riding bikes. Close to the Everglades. The only downside was our rv spot was right on tree roots and our septic hookup was uphill 😂 but we managed. Most sites were super flat.

The Miami Everglades RV Resort is not only for RVs but they do have some cabin style home for rental. The cabin is clean and organized. Kitchen utensils are available. They have 1 family and 2 families type of cabin. Kids would love the bunk bed. The only thing is you have to bring your own bed sheet, blanket and pillow case IF you don't want to pay extra for those items. The facilities inside includes swimming pool, hot tub, a field, small basketball court, beach volleyball, mini golf. Overall, nice place to spend for couple of days with you friends and families.

Highly recommend! We camped here for a month in our camper and we had a great time. They have many amenities to keep you occupied if you feel the need. Large round swimming pool, hot tub & mini golf just to mention a few . Always felt safe and enjoyed walking around the 30+acre property. The manger of the property definitely tries his hardest to make sure guests are happy. Yes we would definitely come back. Thank you Miami Everglades RV Resort!
