Great park. Good location. Sites are layout well. Nice concrete patio on our backup. Just a little pricey. The price has gone up quite a bit over the years. If it continues to go up, we probably will have to find someplace else.

Nice campground! We just stayed overnight in a pull-through site so did not experience the amenities except the bark park (small but ample size to let dogs stretch their legs and burn off some energy). Well kept park and nicely decorated for Halloween. Folks were friendly and helpful (even called us as we were leaving to inform us that we left our door awning open!)

Staying here started off as a last minute thing as we're driving through and made no arrangements for overnight lodging. We are primarily over landing and utilizing dispersed camping zones, going to campgrounds and sites as needed along the way! After stopping in Indiana Dunes National Park for the night, we realized we were not going to be so lucky. We were able to secure the last camp spot for the night. With our rooftop tent, staying here was no problem! There was water hookups and electricity if desired, although we didn't use them. The shower/Bathroom situation is actually fairly nice for a campground! The water pressure was great, and the hot water was amazing. I do recommend this place, however, few things to know: the campground space is tight. You will be pretty close to people around you, many with kids. It seems kind of like a family retreat type of location and honestly? It's a whole vibe and if that's for you, then this place is too! #GoAnyway

Pros: Pretty campground with beautiful landscaping, well-stocked front office, clean bathrooms, friendly front office staff, clean refreshing pool, great showers. Disagree with some previous reviews: water does not smell, showers have doors. Also, some previous reviews mentioned the number of rules. There are a lot, but pretty standard stuff for a campground. Cons: A lot of long term sites, some are pretty junky. They take away from the overall beauty of this campground. Note for military: Discount is not for all military, only active duty. Overall, it’s a great campground and we would stay here again. We really liked our site next to the pool.

This is a great little campground with easy access from I-80/I-90 (Indiana Toll Road) and I-94. Not far from the Indiana Dunes either. The property is well maintained and clean and the staff is friendly. They keep up with their landscaping which adds a nice touch. Every guest gets an access card for the gate so not just anyone can drive in. We stayed in site 43 in our 30 foot travel trailer with easy access to the camp store and pool. The site was level so we didn't need to hassle with levelers. The camp store is nice and the pool is clean, good sized, and appears to be heated which is a nice addition. Utility service was great and it appears every pedestal has an independent ground which is important for safety. Best sewer hookup I've ever had. The only complaint I heard about this place going in was the water was smelly. Big deal, its on well water. Bring a filter and you'll have no problems. Nice campground and we want to stay there again, only longer next time!
