It is a well maintained RV park with several amenities, the staff circulates through the park numerous times during the day, which helps to make it safer. They keep it clean and we very much enjoyed our stay there.

This is a large park for what I think are long term residents, particularly oil workers. There are like 6 driveways into differing areas of the park, the sign and office area is easy to miss if you approach from the other end (driveway #6). Nice staff. Interior roads are gravel, gravel sites, FHU’s, I can’t speak for the facilities as we did not use them.

Good RV Park considering that this area gets full time oil field workers. The park is well kept, however shaded areas seem to be reserved for full timers. I had to cut my trip short by one day and asked for a refund or camp credit for the one day, however was denied per policy. Perhaps it was just my fault.

Just spent a month at this RV park, and it was a really pleasant experience. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The RV sites themselves are spacious, giving you plenty of room to spread out. Plus, it's super close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive! It's also nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing.

Great park friendly staff. Quiet and clean with good prices. Scott helped us get some problems fixed! What a great help. We are long term and everyone here are really great!! All the hookups are great. Clean laundry rooms.

We stayed for one week in March. Dust everywhere and full time oil workers living there. The two dog parks are all dirt and dogs come out filthy. The dog wash was nice but once they go in the dog park again they are all full of dust again. Staff is nice but when we called to make a reservation they not just held our debit card but not telling us they charged us the $242.00 out of our bank account without telling us they will do so. Most RV parks we go to holds a small deposit.

We loved our stay here! We were pleased to find that the park had a dog park and laundry and were surprised to find a great place to walk right across the street! Odessa is not too far, and we had a fun time checking out some restaurants, the Globe Theater, Stonehenge and the Jack Rabbit Jamboree. Check out our YouTube video for the full review!

Good location (although a bit of freeway noise is to be expected). Reasonable price. Level gravel lots (roads are also gravel) which are well-maintained. Utilities work well. Cable is a generous package. Wifi is quite sufficient and doesn't need a password. Sites are easy in and out. It may not be a luxury resort, but it's a pretty nice camp at this price point.

Stayed here two nights in late June or early July 2021, went to a job fair. Management was awesome all around and we liked the park a lot. My fiance gained employment so to transition our move to the area she stayed in our RV for 2 months. Upon moving out our card was charged a 3rd month. Upon trying to resolve with management with bank statements in hand,, they indicated they never made the charge and refused to return the money. This left me no choice but to dispute the charge with my financial institution. It took 6 weeks to resolve and I was credited back the 3rd month from my financial institution.. overall is still a nice park. Save your receipts or pay with cash. Good luck.

Very nice park, good for overnight, we stayed 3 nights to rest and relax. Because of road construction CALL for best directions into park. Used exercise room all 3 days we were there - very clean. I am rating 5 because staff was very pleasant and helpful. Cons to this, which they have no control over... road into and out are very bad for 44ft with truck tow, 4 down, dust everywhere and windy.
