The owner/HOA is trying to tell me I can not use my current cable/internet provider. They went so far as to destroy all current cable boxes in the park. They are FORCING all residents to switch to Lux Cable and Internet. Pretty sure this is illegal and I've got the florida statues to prove such

Very accommodating mobile home park. We had to evacuate our home for home project and they rented a site right away. Good amenities, pool, mini golf, pickle ball courts and laundry. Only problem we had was that the ground surrounding or site was FULL of red ants! It rained heavily while we were here and that drove the ants above ground. Midway Estates tends to fill up during snow bird season, but give it a try, they just may have a spot in the back for you, too!!

There have been some significant changes in Midway Estates. The outdated, unused shuffleboard courts were replaced with new pickleball courts that the residents enjoy. A micro-golf course was added for resident use, and a dog park was added so our four-legged friends could enjoy the park as much as their owners. And this is only the beginning…pending city approval; over the next year, the plan is to rebuild the clubhouse and gate the front entrance. The goal is to keep the residents active and happy.

They have a lot of activities such as bocce ball, pickle ball, 9 hole mini golf course, pool, and many activities such as dinners for residents.

This is a dump run by unprofessional staff .the place is old and run down no wi- fi the pool gets shut down due to algee and contamination .The office staff will rip you off because the place is broke Darcy you need to find a better place to work your to good for this dump .They will hold your deposit so don't give them one.Then when you call to get your deposit back they hang up on you .Shame on you .Now you even took money from our deposit what a poor excuse for business.. BBB will be notified as well as Indian River Business Association as to your terrible conduct .
