Owner is very friendly and takes care of any problems immediately. Area is kept clean and location is perfect if you have to work in Hobbs but still want to live in Texas.

Very nice clean and well maintained park. Owner went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Large sites. All Back-ins. Price was reasonable. Stayed one night in a 40’ fifth wheel. Would definitely stay here again!
