The base has a very nice 18 hole golf course. The commissary and base exchange are nearby. The famcamp has nice showers and bathrooms. There are a couple off-leash dog areas and a walking trail surrounding the famcamp. Sites are well maintained and very level.

Excellent park. Clean, quiet, well kept, wonderful staff and majority of the veterans who stay there are friendly and hospitable. Great amenities such as bathrooms, showers, laundry facilities, hiking trails and dog parks. Great value for RV'ers.

We had a great time here. We have a Dutchmen Kodiak. We spent the night, ($25/ night) - a great stay cation for us, who live about 30 min away. We enjoyed the quiet, low key stay. Staff was very attentive. Easy check in and check out. All hook ups were smooth. no issues. looking forward to staying again for another un-plugged date night(s)!

We stayed in the older part called the wagon wheel. Sites are a lot more spacious. They are all FHU. There’s a building with a bathroom and laundry room in between. I did not use the showers but walked in to look at them. It’s quiet at night during the week. On weekends it’s very noisy. A lot of road noise. During the day you will hear a lot of aircraft noise. This part of Vegas is not the greatest. The newer side of the RV park looks like a parking lot.

We found the spots here to be VERY tight. We have a 45' fifth wheel that barely fit in the spot length wise and then we had a tiny spot to park our truck in that was so close to the adjacent spot that you could barely walk between our truck and their unit. Definitely not ideal. We were told we should ask for one of the larger spaces next time, but that should really be on them when we state the size of our unit when making reservations. Base entry procedures weren't too bad, but SF at the gate were some of the most unprofessional people in uniform I've dealt with. We stayed here for a month and if we decide to return to the area we'll look at other options before settling on returning here.

Only issue was the 630 am reverly...retired and not sure if needed a 630 awake up call Monday through Friday. But this Fam Camp is amazing, full hook ups, clean laundry rooms showers, bathrooms. Park hosts are really friendly, dog parks are on location and dog friendly on leashes offers lots of walking trails. The base exchange is amazing the food court offers a variety of food choices from American,India, Japanese and Mexican. Love this base and Fam Camp will be back

Been here for a little over a month and I love it. The amenities are solid (laundry and showers/toilets) and clean/well maintained. The sites are nice and large and plenty of them available and so close to many things to do. It’s a must do for any RV travelers.

We love staying here. It's a beautiful RV park, the staff is friendly, and try hard to accommodate what you need. If you're planning on staying here I highly recommend making reservations especially in the winter months. It's very cool watching the Thunder Birds practicing their maneuvers on Any given day.

Just wanted to point out that another person reviewing guessed incorrectly about planes overhead being the Blue Angels. That's another branch of the military- Navy. The planes you sometimes see here, flying in impressive formation, are our Thunderbirds- a spectacular flying squad. In addition, you will surely see many of non Thunderbird pilots on various missions flying overhead, and if you think of them as a demonstration of military might, you may experience a swelling of pride in our capabilities rather than annoyance at the sound. ☝️👍❤️

Very nice and clean campground. We came in a day early and they were able to accommodate us. They have laundry on site at 75cents per each wash and dry, but no change machine...bring your quarters with you!

This is one of the best FAM camps in the country. Clean, well kept, friendly and relaxing. We love it here

This is an awesome place. Spaces are wide and private. Active Military base, so planes fly during the day. Must be military to camp here.

Fabulous, especially for the price! Very well kept grounds & facilities. The walking path leads you thru the park where there are plenty of gardens & places to sit. The dog park is well maintained too. Bathrooms & laundry houses are kept clean & well stocked. Staff is very nice & informative. The jets fly overhead so you obviously have that noise but it's wonderful all the same. We will definitely stay here next time we visit the area!
