Saw a couple of bears and a few moose 🫎. Women's bathroom was clean, men's bathroom had no toilet paper or hot water. Other than that it was a nice place

Nice clean place with plenty of space between campsites. The showers are a bit cold. The price is good but the one day passes from the visitor gate are a huge pain.

Pretty nice Fam Camp. No full hookup sites, but a dump station on site. Some of the sites are lacking the fitting on the faucet to attach a hose (management says they are on order), so you may want to check that when selecting a site. Two bathhouses with showers and laundry facilities ($1.25 each for washer and dryer.) $30 a night. BX and Commissary are very close by. So is the runway. This is an Air Force base, so if you don’t like the Sound of Freedom, you may be happier elsewhere. (As someone who once flew fighters at this base, I love it!) We’ve been here a week in mid-July and have not seen it get completely full yet.

Great family location! Easy access to shopping and trials. Has showers and bathrooms and small playground. But watch out for the bears 🐻

I've stayed here many times with our trailer. It's always nice and quiet. The only issue is with the water hookups. They don't have enough adapters, so you can hook up a regular hose to them, so make sure you make sure you can hook up before go through the whole backing up and setting up.

Nice semi-rural campground. 1 of 2 bath houses was closed due to winter damage but they offered a discount for the inconvenience. Great location and proximity to commissary and downtown anchorage. Numerous things to do. $27 per night. Water and electric on site. Remote dump site is free.

Not their fault, water for RVs and dump stations had not been turned on yet. Bathhouse was closed. They did have a rent-a-potty that was heated😁 Ear plugs are a must due to jets taking off and a few cars on the road with very loud stereo systems that actually vibrated our camper😳

It's ok. It's pretty and the spaces are good size. We were lucky to get a 50amp spot. They do not have many. I feel like it's over priced for not having ANY water. The shower house and dump is closed but they do provide a Johny on the spot.

Charlie, the Camp Host, is hands-down/far and away, the absolute BEST host in ALL of DoD! Also great facilities...especially the bath houses and laundry!

Clean facilities, shower laundry and bathroom They have a fresh water point and a rv dump point each site has a picnic table BBQ pit and an electric hookup

First time to stay here. Campsite could have used some bushes trimmed back,, we couldn't use the picnic table, friendly folks all around us.

If the bathrooms were nicer – not having me miss the shower trailers in Iraq from years ago – it would be a 5-star Fam Camp. On a side note: Please secure your trash and food at your site. There are black bears around the camp regularly and they will dig through your stuff.
