We spent the day kayaking, just enjoying a getaway day. Having a picnic, relaxing in this little hidden gem. We didn't stay in one of the cabins this time, but they are very nice. Did get the chance to meet one of the Service Hosts, Ashley and Remington. She was terrific. Thank you for the time you gave us. Mark, Barbra, and Ben

If you're military prior or active I couldn't recommend a better place to get some R&R. The lake is beautiful, full of fish and a great beach for swimming. Also they offer several options for how you can camp from affordable all the up to glamping, it's very nice and has showers at the restrooms.

Went here for a picnic. The area I was at was nice as far as the views, it has a little man made beach and access to take a boat ride around the lake. My main issue was parking. The situation is horrible, you can't comfortably drive to that particular section unless you have an SUV. The roads are gravel and have steep declines. I definitely didn't like driving my sedan into there.

We were attending a birthday party at one of the building where you can have a party in air-conditioned inside and outside under a porch that over look the water. Very nice. I recommend the building. Very clean and bathrooms are clean. Believe me you will enjoy it. Oh if you like fishing this is for you. And sun bathe is good.

Loving it 😍..Nice and peaceful..I Loss Wifey 1.6 months ago and this makes the air smell so good..The young attendant was extremely Sensitive and understanding 😢 💔. I arrived very late 9 December..Thanks

Very nice cabins for a comfortable extended stay in a rustic environment. The lake access proves superior in season The only drawback is the highway noise, as there is a close by major highway that ribbons the immediate area. Staff seemed helpful and friendly at check in. We would like to return at future dates.

Camp site for military and DOD small but nice no tents open Year round. Has cabin's too staff is great 👍

It is a beautiful site. The staff was awesome and very helpful. The bath house was convenient and clean. The location was good great.. I loved the atmosphere the lake access ,trees,birds and sounds of nature it was just what we needed to relax.. we'll be back.

Excellent Site. Excellent Customer Service. Excellent Facilities. Very convenient to the Lake with it's own Boat Ramp. We camped in an 37ft RV in Site 1. All of the sites seem a little uneven, but manageable. Would really like sewer at the site, but the dump station was convenient and clean. They take pride in the appearance of the site. Very crowded on weekends by the Beach, Lake and Lodge, not so much during the week (school was still in). Would definitely visit again. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
