Staff members are awesome. Swimming pool and surrounding areas keeps too clean. You can see people working and grooming everywhere. Atmosphere is peaceful. Walmart, post office, produce market, gas stations and main highways are really close.

UPDATE: The GM did reach out to me after I posted this review and worked hard to make it right. He kept in good communication with me and made sure I had a spot for my arrival date. There are still two 2week gaps that I don't currently have covered but the GM has assured me he will work it out. Although this reservation started out rough, the park is nice and I am happy we were able to work it out. Increasing my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars . We made reservations for the 2024 Winter season in Feb 2024. Got the Confirmation letter. Then in May 2024 they cancelled our reservation without our consent. Evidently, they had booked us in a spot that was designated as "short-term" and didn't have another spot available for us. Instead of making an exception for the "short-term" spot, they just cancelled. If you are counting on having a spot at this specific location, I recommend looking elsewhere. This is a breach of contract and just bad service. Their company has been reported to the State's Attorney General for bad business practices.

We had Tiny Home rental, it was perfect week long getaway for my family of 4. The drive is close range from MCO airport, as well as Disney and Universal, plenty of ships of all sorts and eateries with in the area. The pool and facilities were clean, trash area was well kept, we felt safe during our stay and it was quiet. My children loved walking around and exploring. I am so happy this first experience went so well! I would love to buy a Tiny home here, We LOVED it here!!!

Stayed for 3 nights, has only 2 pull through spaces. Plenty of room outside, nice picnic table and a grill with tools available. Park is nice, mostly permanent. Was nice and quiet at night. We didn't visit clubhouse or pool but looked nice.

We had a wonderful experience renting one of the charming tiny homes at Mill Creek. Although there was a slight mix-up during check-in, Tom, the property manager, promptly resolved the issue by answering our call and arriving right away to assist us. His attentiveness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated, setting a positive tone for our stay. The location of the property was extremely convenient, particularly for our purpose, as we needed to be close to Silver Spurs Arena, which was a mere 3.6 miles away. This made getting to our event a breeze and allowed us to avoid any unnecessary travel stress. Upon arriving at the property, we were pleasantly surprised by its impeccable cleanliness and the serene atmosphere it offered. The presence of a lovely pool added to the overall appeal, giving us a refreshing spot to unwind after a day of activities. The tiny house itself was a true gem, immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a standout feature, allowing us to prepare our meals at our convenience. Cooking during our vacation not only saved us money but also gave us a chance to enjoy some homemade dishes. In conclusion, our stay at Mill Creek's tiny home was delightful. Despite the initial check-in confusion, Tom's quick response and helpfulness turned it into a minor hiccup. The property's convenient location, cleanliness, and well-appointed tiny house exceeded our expectations, providing us with a memorable and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend Mill Creek to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway and will definitely consider returning in the future.

Lots if tiny homes as well as fixed trailers and motor homes. Very clean, my cousin loves living there.

I didn't stay here but based on ph call, they only have 2 daily (transient) sites during peak season their term not mine. When I'm RVing I never consider or call myself a "transient". This location is mostly booked in peak season for stays of 6 month or more. Also their daily rate of $93/ night for their two "transient" sites... if they had something available in March or April with no weekly or monthly rate available during peak season makes this an RV resort I wouldn't want to stay in for more than a couple of nights at most. But it still might be cheaper than Disney. Their monthly rate would be almost $3k/ month for an rv stay starting in late March or April which seems high....IMO. The industry really need a different name for RV Resorts or campground that is 99% booked with long term residents staying 6months or more. With only 2 transient sites available, in peak season they seem to be more of a small mobile home resort instead of an RV Resort or campground. They were also pretty vague about specifically when the peak season would end and if or when monthly rates might start or what they would be.I guess the peak season end depends on when they have enough snowbirds leaving and don't have enough people willing to pay $93/night.
