Very clean with lots of camping sites. They had tent and rv spots some with utilities and some without. All sites that I saw were drive up. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful views, pet friendly, with amenities. My only complaint was there was only one building with bathroom and showers, given there were 4 individual shower, toilet, and sink rooms within this building but it was inconvenient for use unless you were right next to it

Pretty and small park. Wide sites with full hookups. Large playground and nice maneuverability. Only one section was open. Lots of alligators!

Man what a perfect state park . Hidden gem of the south . This place has just about everything to offer.Great campin, (Always be weather aware this is low land so it is prone to flash flooding at times ,it happened while we were here , but did not dampen our time ,but it did others across from us , And at campsite 60 always camp on the little hill next to the water it's the highest and driest point , and a long extension cord if tent campin here .) Well this place is for real call of the wild seen gaters, about walked up on a gater and all its gater and vibrations noises on the wildlife trail, trail held true to its name lol .The fishing was so great I can't complain , bank fishing is really good and plenty of benches around the campgrounds . And still call off the wild gaters there too . So all around a great trip with the hole family and my niece and nephews . So a great time and we will be back and next time I wish to run yo-yos . Beautiful land beautiful country I love it here . Also the kids loved the playground next to our site .

Nice park with great lake access. Really nice for those with a boat! The sites were nice and clean, the restrooms were decent and stocked.

Not a long drive from Texarkana. They have two trails for walking, one that’s 4 miles and one that’s 1 1/2 miles. I saw lots of frogs, a herd of whitetail deer, and three alligators. Lily Cove was the best place to see gators on the Waterfowl Trail. 03/18/2025

Quiet and beautiful! Got a discount for disabled. Saw a blue heron and several egrets. RV sites right by the water. Staff was very nice and helpful!

A very beautiful camp. The views of the sunset over the lake here are priceless. The water did have a funny smell and taste perhaps it was too much chlorine or something, and swimming is discouraged due to the lakes population of Alligators, we seen one swimming along the dam while we were here it was really cool honestly. The wildlife and biodiversity are super abundant, this place is a little slice of the everglades or something.
