I've visited twice now, both for the day. Nice trails with stunning views. Pleasant picnic areas with tables spaced far enough without the feeling of being crowded. Restrooms were very clean.

We had a lovely day hiking and exploring the hatchery here. Would've only been improved by more details on the maps available at the fee station (or more markers on the trails). Not all the trails were named/listed on the map. We hopped on the wrong trail and ended up hiking further than expected to get back. Overall, it was a great day and the park has way more to offer than we were able to see today, so we'll be back for more exploring soon.

Camping at Milo McIver State Park is a fantastic experience for anyone looking to enjoy Oregon’s great outdoors. The campground is nestled in a quiet, forested setting, so every site feels private and peaceful, with plenty of shade from towering trees. The campsites themselves are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with picnic tables and fire rings at each spot. There’s a nice mix of tent sites, RV-friendly sites with hookups, and even group and horse camp areas for larger gatherings or equestrian visitors. The facilities restrooms and showers are some of the cleanest you’ll find in a state park, which makes a big difference for longer stays. What makes camping here extra special is everything you can do without leaving the park. You can spend your days hiking wooded trails, kayaking or fishing on the Clackamas River, or playing a round on the top-rated disc golf course. Evenings around the campfire are peaceful, with the sounds of the river and forest around you. It’s also very family-friendly, with open space for kids to explore and safe, well-marked trails. If you bring your dog, there are designated areas and trails where pups are welcome, which makes the experience even better. One of Oregon’s best state park campgrounds. Clean, comfortable, and packed with activities right outside your tent or RV. Perfect for families, couples, or anyone who loves camping in a beautiful natural setting.

Had a lovely time tent camping at Milo McIver! Campground was quiet and clean. We walked to the lake, and drove to the river access areas. Bathrooms/showers were clean. Weather was mild in June. Good place for kids!

Nice campground with electricity and water. Most of the spots are generously sized. Nice big green area by the bathrooms if you are a sporty person. Bathroom has paved paths, flushing toilets, and warm showers
